I said few months ago but it's been almost 5 months, maybe six since the restrooms first became out of order and nothing has been done about them since they still today remain out of order. It's pretty sad you go in and knowing they have restrooms is good just in case you need 1 but thinking they must be fixed by now and 6 months later it seems like their just not going to repair them at all. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I rely on bathrooms everywhere I go and when I go in there hoping by now the restrooms will be back up and running and they're still not. I just don't go anymore. If I want to go to Ollie's I will go to Plymouth or Woonsocket. They have nice restrooms there and if they're ever out of order, they're back up and running within a few days. Not like Seekonk. Pretty disgusting if you ask me and could also be considered a health hazard there. Surprise the inspectors haven't been in there yet.

Within a couple minutes, Bob asked if I needed help finding anything, learned a little about the history of Hilltop (3 generations family owned), then was able to find exactly what I'd come in for. Patti helped me pick out beautiful, healthy annuals, gave great tips on care and feeding and through her suggestions I bought a little more than I'd come in for. They have an amazing selection and very reasonable prices! They are expanding and I can't wait to see all the beautiful products yet to come in the new building right next door to "mom and dad's house".

It has been a nightmare to try to place an order. Calls not returned and order never placed. When calls are answered at the pro desk, they will keep placing on hold instead of talking to the customer. When I have worked with them, they have had terrible customer service. It's been a total waste of time, which is wild because they get credit and bonuses off the orders pros place and I have spent over 50-100k at home improvement stores within 6 months on renovations, so my sales are very easy for people to make money off of. I also place my orders in a quote for them and all they have to do is push it through to get credit. I will place my orders with other Lowe's.

Shopping online and being able to pick up needed items within 2 hours is very convenient. If they are out of stock of your requested item, Target offers a substitution of a similar item, offers to hold the requested item at a nearby store, or offers to ship the item to you if it's available. It's your choice. They recently started a drive up return option, which I used for the first time the other day, which was awesome - no waiting in line or having to get out of your car, just start the return on the app, an employee comes out to get it from you, scans the return, sends a receipt, and sends you on your way.
