But thank God it wasn't a bad experience. We've been taking our son here for almost a year because his primary care doctor is at this location. Our doctor has an assigned nurse which is one we appreciate; she already knows is and looks forward to seeing our son each time! It just makes everything a more pleasurable experience and one that's personal simply because she's warm, friendly, and very personal. I mean, he knows her or at least recognizes her from the previous appointment. So we gave this place a 4 star, nice folks, great doctor who's very informative and knowledgeable, plus they offer great customer care. The only thing is if you come early to your appointment or late to your appointment or on time, there's a minimum of a 30 minute wait before the nurse sees you.

I've visited this clinic about 4 - 5 times and had a few telemed appointments so my experience with the people who actually do the health care with the patients are great! As for the front office staff, they are the complete opposite. I've received rude, condescending customer service while at the front counter and also on the telephone. It's usually by the same person. There is always a miscommunication between the front office and patient care team (doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner). It's frustrating because several of my appointments get scheduled for what I previously came in for. This has not happened once, but several times. As a patient, the front office and the doctor should know why my appointment was scheduled for. As a patient, I should not have to keep up communication between the doctor and the front office. That's why offices invest in computer systems and software for. Also, I was scheduled for 4 different appointments on 4 different days when I could have came in for only 2. Why inconvenience the patient, especially for a normal annual check-up? I'm very concerned because if the front desk office is this disorganized, then who is in charge of billing? My recommendations is to get professional training for the front office staff with communication and system knowledge with their actual software they're using. Great customer service can go a long way so it's most important to learn how to treat people. Train your front office staff in this area.
