I leave messages on voicemail and get no return call. If I speak to someone many times they put me on hold and say I need to call back. It's very frustrating. My dad seems to be ok with Dr. Berman. My grandson, (who has Type 1, is very familiar w/medical procedures and needles) which has unfortunately, made him extremely anxious when it comes to any other medical issues. As soon as Dr. Mitchell walked into the room, he "first" introduced himself to my grandson (the patient) - which totally impressed me. My grandson didn't hesitate to share his concern and apprehension. Dr. Mitchell (who is built like a football player) has this, what I would explain as, a very masculine - but - confident calming approach when speaking. He was very assuring and shared what needed to be done, but best of all, talked my grandson through the entire procedure. Although the procedure took about five minutes (at most) - as soon as the Dr. left the room, my grandson sat up and said, GaGa, I really like this Dr! I couldn't believe it!
