We came in for a sports physical for my son. They only accept walk ins so it took a little over 30 minutes to be seen. The office/lobby is small and was under construction at the time. The physical took less than five minutes. Height, weight, blood pressure and a question or two. Very brief. School physical was $20 cash only. Receptionist was pleasant . The parking is incredibly small. Enough for about 7 vehicles. Expect tight parking. read more

First visit, I have never been to any other chiropractor. After 10 years of being a hairstylist, I was way over due for help!!! I could have used this service years ago. I was put at ease and made comfortable. I didn't think I would've handle the neck cracking as easily as I did. After my adjustment, I had an electrical current machine attached to my muscles for stimulation, omg that was the best especially for my lower back. I just wish I could have sat there for longer than 10min. Lol. They also call and follow up on your visit! Upon leaving I noticed how busy they were, which is a good sign! I can call at anytime with needing a quick fix because I slept wrong on my neck and the doctor is always willing to make time to see me even if it's after hours or on weekends. He addressed every concern I had in a very courteous and professional way. He was never pushy or bitter, just apologetic and concerned. His actions have led me to change my review and I now believe my experience would have been a very positive one had I been able to see him that day. Ok I really don't know where to start but OMG This man is amazing. First off I'm 35 years old and have been to about 10 different chiropractors in my life. Some good some not so good. I walked into Price Chiro a day after getting adjusted by another Chiropractor (not in Yuba City) I was completely locked up from mid back to neck and I was going on day 3. Waked in with little to no movement in my neck and after the adjustment there was a huge difference. My appointment was at 10:00 am and he wanted me to come back that same day for a 5:45 appointment to get adjusted again. First off this makes total since but I have never had anyone tell me to come back in the same day a few hrs later. So when I came in and he adjusted me for the second time WOW he got all the deep pops felt amazing. I have about 90% of normal motion in my neck just from one day. The last Chiropractor the one out of town said it's normal I slept wrong it would get better in a few days haha. Anyways to top it off Price said it looked like I'd need another adjustment and asked if I worked tomorrow I told him yes and he said what time. I proceeded to tell him that I leave at 4:50 from yuba city ( I work in sac). He said ok I'll see you at 4:40am. Haha. Now who do you know would ever even do that for a patient. Price chiro has gone backwards. The check in process is now done via ipad. They don't want you talking to the receptionist anymore. No hello from receptionist. You put your birthday and your symptoms. Then when your called in he asks you your symptoms anyway. The receptionist is very cold. She wouldn't check my copay so I got billed almost 60 dollars when a cash pay is only 30 dollars. I called the Dr to complain. He said he would take care of it. Next thing I know...im getting letters threatening to send me to collections. When I went in to pay the receptionist couldn't care less whether or not I remained a patient. Price chiropractic used to be a great place. I went there for over 10 years. Now all the care about is turn over. Get as many patients through as possible. No hellos no recognizing you by name.
