A prominent Eye Surgeon in Atlanta, had performed cataract surgery about 18 months before my move to the Bay Area. Before cataract surgery my vision was 20/25. Rougly normal. After Surgery it immediately went down to 20/50 in one eye and 20/80 in the other. In other words I had to be within 20 feet of an object that a person with normal vision could see from 50 or 80 feet depending on the eye. That's a reduction in vision of roughly 75%. For 18 months I spent thousandnof dollars, and endless appointments with specialists in Atlanta. Nobody could figure out how to repair the damage that had been done. Shortly after moving to the area, I met Dr. Zloty by chance. I gave him the files from the Previous Opthalmologist, and made an appointment as immediately as possible to see Dr.Zloty. Dr Zloty did one test during my appointment. The same test, using the same equipment had been conducted several times in Atlanta. Within 15 minutes, gave ne a detailed explanation of my problem. Within a few weeks and two simple procedures, I now have 20/20 vision. Dr Zloty says it will continue to improve! So was it a miracle? I don't know. But I do know that my vision has been saved because Dr Zloty had knowledge that a large team of other Doctors in Atlanta didn't have. On another note. My neighbor had surgery in Texas before coming here. She is an 89 year old widow that is very active. One of her eyes had lost all vision. She had seen other Doctors, with no results. I told her about my experience and she made an appointment with Dr. Zloty. Surgery was conducted yesterday and her sight has been restored! I just spoke to the receptionist to complain and she finally went back. She said he was clear and they are just waiting for a room to stitch him up. He was finally called back to get stitched up. Except for stitch removal, this is the first and last time seeing this doctor.

And then they didn't have the information they needed, they didn't keep track of the glasses that they allegedly set aside for me, they didn't write any of the information down for me, I took photographs of even the earpieces with all the numbers on it but they did not take my measurements!!! What!!!!???? What!? I live over two hours away and told them I didn't want to come back in except to pick them up! If they needed more information, I measurement they should've taken it while I was there! They would never return my phone calls. The only way you can get through to a person is to call Premier switchboard and get transferred in because they don't accept outside calls. The best I could do is to get transferred to the answering machine which they do not reply to. The cashier did not have the fax number to fax in the prescription, said emails are not approved. She could not get the fax number for me anywhere or anytime. So I asked to be transferred to the Ophthalmologist and they had the wrong fax number. My eye doctor office had mercy on me and had to call to get the fax number and fax it in themselves! It can't be found anywhere online. Useless! Premier is Ridiculous! Horrible customer service! Not trust worthy and lazy! Doesn't pay attention to details. I couldn't get through to anybody who would take any responsibility it was a total nightmare I give up! I'm NOT working with them again. Dr. Koehler made me feel so much better by explaining exactly what he could do to repair the damage as much as possible. He did a wonderful job and he and his staff went above and beyond my previous experience to make me look and feel better. There were some issues once the damage was done it was difficult to get exactly like we wanted, but it was 100% better. You don't know how much I wish I had gone to Dr. Koehler to begin with.
