Terrible company. They had canceled on me when I was in a foreign country at the last minute…read morebecause the chef was sick. I scheduled something with them in Boston and had an emergency and had to fly home early. I contacted them in advance and they would not refund or give a credit or anything. I guess it's OK for them to leave you stranded and cancel on you, but if you have an emergency, they don't care. They had plenty of notice and could have gotten someone to fill our places or offered a credit, but they chose to do nothing. Awful people. I also contacted the chef who wasn't very nice either. I kept getting reminders about the dinner after I canceled as well. I will never use cozy meal again after these two experiences. Save your money.

Then we made the salad with from scratch burrata cheese, marry me chicken and homemade fresh pasta. It was truly the best experience. The dessert was a layered red velvet cup with mascarpone cheese. It was heaven! The class was hands on and the staff were all so friendly. The space was clean and welcoming. Two bathrooms were inside the kitchen area. The menu can change per class so be sure to book what you like best. They offer a variety of classes and is not just for couples if you do the classic cooking class. Worth the price, hands down. So glad we came here and got to experience this. We will be back for sure!

We had wine, cheese, meat, and focaccia when we got there and made our dessert, burrata, and pasta before assembling the whole meal. There was plenty of food to take home and we left stuffed! Our class happened at the start of a snow storm so only about 14-16 out of 20 people came which helped create a more intimate setting.

She is so knowledgeable and does a great job educating and answering questions. This more than made up for our horrible experience at Sur La Table several months ago. Helen takes time to ask everyone at the beginning what our questions are going into the class and what we hope to learn, and at the end of the class does a whole Q&A session. She prints of recipes, shopping guides, and includes links to her YouTube videos on the recipes, she even included a bonus recipe for us just because she thinks it's delicious. Helen is worth every penny, can't recommend her enough. It was a great date night!

We get Thai takeout, and I was excited about learning the specifics of a good pad Thai and fresh summer rolls. The pad Thai recipe was simply not tasty. I brought most of it home and my husband didn't complain, but really, it wasn't great. May be because they use no nuts, which is great for most families. But also, it didn't have any bean sprouts in it, it just wasn't good at all. We also made chicken satay that I have already made again, and that was pretty good. However, I learned how to use rice sheets and make summer rolls which was wonderful. I made different ones when I went home but they were a huge hit. Huge. Lots of fun to hear about them and how to most easily handle them. To me, it was like when I originally heard how to handle puff pastry, or phyllo sheets or make my own sushi. We had a great time, it was expensive, but it is a luxury and it was a great time. Everyone had fun. Their staff was just amazing though.

Well, we not only had a great time learning a new cuisine, but we made some new friends in the process. The studio is in a private home, so the setting is very intimate and private. So, if you have never touched a cooking utensil before, you are definitely in good hands here. If you have, then this becomes an art in learning new and exciting foods and the history behind them. After the food is prepared, we all sit down to dine together and engage in conversation over the meal in which we all took part in preparing. Such fun! Be aware that the studio is BYOB, but the studio does provide wine glasses and soft drinks. We had such a great time that we are hoping to do this again soon. If you enjoy cooking, have always wanted to try, wanted to experience food of different cultures, or all of the above, you owe it to yourself to go to HEAVEN ON EARTH !!!
