I was impressed knowing that Dr Ignacio is a busy woman (I researched her online and found out she participates/belongs in various groups). Dr Ignacio appears to be a very happy person. I mean she smiled the whole visit. I could tell it in her voice that this doctor is the one!! I love the way she dresses and presents herself. She was very professional and she assured my daughter that everything will be okay. Anyway to make a long story short, my daughter needs surgery. It broke my heart when my dtr cried because she is not able to cheer for 7-8mos. Dr Ignacio was apologetic in breaking the news to her but reassured her she will get back on her feet and resume her activities. Her MA, Johnna was also caring in helping us set up appts for preop and postop. When asked about fmla papers and workslip, Johnna said to bring it in or fax and she will get all paperwork filled out.
