My primary care recommended them - I'm following up with her to recommend d she never send another patient to these people. I'd rather drive to Virginia than entrust my care to them. I'm not only a patient - I'm a customer. If it weren't for your customer patients, they wouldn't have a job. I hope everyone will start demanding more for the outrageous prices we pay for healthcare. This is a service industry- if they are not providing good service, you shouldn't go to them. I immediately called another provider and got an immediate appointment.

They are not skilled yet, the fact that they care about deaf and hard of hearing brings me joy. I know that Dr. Randolph LOVES her patients, that is very rare. Dr. Randolph prices are reasonable and she takes her time to help and she really cares. I needed new hearing aids and could not afford them, Dr. Randolph directed me to a program where I can make monthly payments. If I pay before the year is finished there was no interest. Dr. Randolph did not judge me because I could't hear and could talk. She explained my hearing loss and made me comfortable. She is so nice I enjoy coming into her office. He prescribed Flonase for my problem…read more After receiving Flonase I read the insert and saw that it was contraindicated for my eye problem-glaucoma- and should not be used. Called the office and was told to call my ophthalmologist to deal with the issue. If I hadn't read the info I might have done harm to my eyes. First and last appointment with this doctor. Read your patient's intake form where I stated I had glaucoma!

TLDR; book the appointment and go--this is an amazing doctor…read more I went here recently for some ear problems/blockage that I was concerned was ACTUALLY hearing loss. This is the only practice I could find in my vicinity that would see me within a week; everywhere else had slots open only in a month or two. The office itself smells terrific and the staff (even at 9 am sharp) were all energetic and super friendly towards me. This combined with an easy check in/first time patient registration made it a good start in my mind. My nurse Ashley was super patient and let me talk about all my concerns extensively while she diligently documented it. Dr. Kamil is a star of a doctor! Her energy is incredible, she listened to me as well AND provided scientific / anatomy explanations for the care / all the concerns I had. I got my ears cleaned and it was very swift and didn't hurt at all + educated on after care and future prevention of my issue.

In a word: Phenomenal…read more Dr. Rebecca Kamil is kind, thorough, and makes you feel at ease. Even while a scope is being shoved up your nose! The solution used to numb the area tasted absolutely foul, but that's not her fault. She explained every step and answered all the questions, even the somewhat silly ones. I'm sure ENTs hear some ridiculous things, even with adults. The office itself is clean, organized, and easily accessible. Parking is plentiful and the restroom is close by. Online booking is a breeze and her staff is warm and approachable. My only downside during the visit was this creepy girl in the waiting room. I know she was filming because when I moved, her phone did too. I had to ask the doctor one more question and walked to the back, and she had it pointed at the door when I walked out. Odd angle. I didn't say anything out of respect for it being a doctor's office, and that person's behavior isn't the fault of the physician or her employees. It's not their fault that some people weren't raised properly. Anyway, if you're searching for an adult ENT, Dr. Kamil is the one! Check your insurance before making an appointment, and stay Healthy :D
