I recently got a comment on my recent post detailing my experience here at Marley park. Unfortunately it doesn't allow me to comment back and that's actually kinda great cause now I can leave an additional review. Their last comment makes it seem like they care about their disrespect towards their tenants when in reality you pay about 2000 a month and when I called them to discuss their egregious error they basically told me it was already done and offered no solution or attempt to make up for their horrible service. I wanted to highlight this so there's no confusion when reading the comments and ratings concerning the service. In fact the first one can serve as the time the maintenance guy came to fix stuff and threw all my stuff around and broke stuff in front of my face which I should of reported but hey I'm nice and that won't be happening ever again now cause when you give an inch they take a mile here, and this can serve for when I told them the day they sent out the email advising maintenance service updates happening and I requested them to make sure that I was present since I didn't trust their person anymore and then I got to watch in horror on the ring camera them enter my place and do who knows what while I wasn't there. I'm a yelp elite I say this from my whole platform I don't intend to renew after my one lease ends likely and I regret signing on for a longer than 12 month lease. Juan Osorio refuses to address my concerns, even though I have been emailing him since last year! I have requested a regional manager to contact me/return my email from December 2024 & Juan says he can't make his boss get back to me...what? The lack of customer service is atrocious! Tara, have your boss contact me or I will email every property until Juan's boss responds to my original email written in December 2024. It's a nice community if you don't mind never getting in contact with management via phone. Thankfully i work from home and can walk in. I was supposed to have a concession for my first two months and it wasn't honored. I paid what I was told, no one told me I "didn't pay enough at move in" and had an extra $100 added to my next months bill. Oh... and no pantry? No storage?! No linen closet in the bathroom?! Y'all killinggggg meeeee. Sheesh, you can go to a non luxury apartment and they wouldn't do you dirty like this!!! read more

We moved in and had the best experience! We were in a rush to find a place and they were able to get us in very quickly. Mackenzie continuously kept us up to date throughout our application process and is very sweet and was a pleasant to work with. The home was clean and super cute and the security system is so nice to have! We submitted a maintenance request because the warming drawer of the stove was off track I submitted it around 8:30am and at 2:30 the same day Brian (the maintenance supervisor) was in and fixing it. Another thing I love is that we aren't in charge of changing light bulbs, batteries or anything. I would absolutely recommend this location! Their amenities are awesome and it is truly everything I could ask for in a home/ complex. read more

I have some friends who checked out this community to rent until their home was built. These communities are actually nicer to have than the average condensed family housing such as apartments and is more valuable in a community. The only thing that disappoints myself and our friends about Christopher Todd Communities is the lack of exterior color. Every building looks the same. Drab gray and cold like a prison complex. I wish they would spice up the paint sticking with the desert neutral color palette and change up the exterior colors like Avilla Meadows. Now this particular community does have some colored banding on the lower part of the trim, but you don't see that driving by. Visiting was a nice experience and the gal in thr office who gave us a tour was very sweet and answered all our friend's questions. read more

Been here for about month and I'm really glad we chose this place! The management Angeline and Mackenzie were really helpful and welcoming. Mackenzie made the paperwork really easy and was always available when we needed her. The place is amazing and the gym and pool are really nice. 24 access too! It has all the amenities and appliances we needed for first timers. We're always on the move, so this place really helped us transition and back to work without thinking what else do we need? Just really happy we got in when we can. read more

This USED to be a great place to live but since property management and maintenance staff changed in December is gone downhill. So disappointing! There are hidden fees, expect to pay about $400.00 more per month than the advertised rent. The high turn over in staff is ridiculous, the previous staff was friendly, the previous property manager, maintenance manager and maintenance tech are all gone. The revolving door of staff now is unimpressive. I can't wait till my lease is up! There are so many surrounding properties with the same "amenities" that are much less expensive and probably have far better staff. read more

Buyer beware, it all looks and sounds wonderful until you sign a contract, hand over money, move in. And then you'll start to see the terrible, non-responsive management and staff. And all the additional charges will add hundreds onto your monthly rent, you'll be shocked. And don't even think of trying to break your lease, as you'll be legally threatened by them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...I know I'm speaking for many of the tenants that have moved out...and when you do move out, you'll have additional charges to move out. Overall a nice place inside. No adjoining walls to neighbors and a good back yard. We have had several issues since moving in. In our time here we have had a cabinet door fall off for no reason, no hot water, then only hot water, a/c out for days even though it was 110 degrees outside and 95 inside. Had to finally get a hotel. Gave a portable unit that could cool maybe 100 sq feet. No compensation for no air for days. Pigeons all over never do anything to get rid of them. Their droppings are everywhere. Car hit broke into last week, no security and anyone can walk onto the property. Gave 2 stars because I like not having neighbors connected and it's quiet. read more

I have truly enjoyed everything about the Christopher Todd apartments at Marley Park!! Management has gone above and beyond for my wife I. They have been a pleasure to work with. The apartments have been built very well with excellent appliances provided. The pool & gym are second to none. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! read more

I have lived here now for three months and have been very happy. Nice clean, quiet community. Maintenance responds quickly, office staff super helpful. Plenty of parking. They spray monthly for pests which hasn't been a problem for me and they have landscaper here often.Swimming pool and spa is such a nice retreat. I have met a couple of neighbors and they are friendly. It is pricey here but I think worth it. I have a little dog and enjoy our backyard space. It isn't large, but big enough for a small seating area and grass for her to potty. They do offer larger backyards for an additional fee. The main reason i chose here was the availability of a short term lease, private backyard and individual home not sharing a common wall. read more

This place has been a nightmare since moving in!!! I would never recommend to anyone to live here after we deal with so many problems every single day. There are so many scorpions and so many bug problems here!! You can find 6-8 scorpions a day both in your house and outside of it. The property can't seem to get rid of the scorpions no matter what they do. Appliances didn't work for months here. Shower fixtures keep braking. Total bait and switch here!!!! It has totally gone down hill since Inland bought this property!!! And the Inland staff here has been so unprofessional. - (0 STARS) read more

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this property!! I have lived here for a year and a half and have had the best experience. During the hardest time of my life, Christopher Todd Community has really been there for me in multiple ways. They truly care about their residents and treat us all like family. I have referred my friends and would highly recommend anyone to make the choice to live here. The staff is so wonderful and responsive. The property manager Angeliegh has amazing customer service skills and shows you know how much they really are there for you! With rental communities, you get all kinds of tenants. So read the reviews with a grain of salt. This place was great. The sales staff was upfront about pricing (yes, the bill is itemized with all of the charges, but we knew that going in), maintenance staff was always friendly and responsive, and overall the community was really nice. We early terminated our lease after about 9 months - which is why we went with this property to begin with. We were waiting for our home to be ready. We knew the cost going in and early termination was cheaper than most other communities. I actually read the contract and there were no surprises. I do not know why the negative reviews. This is a great community. All that you need to do is read what you sign and ask questions before you move in. I would live here again if I needed a place. read more

I moved into this nightmare in Oct 2020 and and this is was i've experienced so far: *Property managers never answer the phone. Always goes to an answering service and you never hear back * A/C didn't work when I moved in and it was 105 degrees. Took days to get it fixed *Supposed to be a Smart Home that allows you to do a host of functions from the app...doesn't work. The main control panel in the home doesn't work *I've filed two noise complaints about dogs barking constants, all hours. No response ** My A/C didn't work when I moved in o I had to figure this out on my own as well * The main panel for the so called Smart Home and the app for my "smart home" doesn't work and constantly crashes my phone o The maintenance man came by today and I showed him how the main control panel doesn't work. Apparently I'll have to fix that too. * The doorbell was hanging off the wall when I moved in and didn't work. I manage to fix it myself but the maintenance guys permanently fixed it today. * The unit was filthy with dirt, bug droppings and cobwebs ...I'm assuming that is why I was bit by something. I have pics of that too * I didn't have the garbage can for the valet service which I'm paying for * The so called Welcome package is blank (see attached). I didn't know which mail box is mine for two days, the girl at the office didn't even know how to find that info. o Where's the info on how to use/reserve the onsite BBQ's, pool side TVs and fireplaces? * The key fobs didn't work...couldn't get in thru the pedestrian gate, the gym or the pool * I tired to call multiple times to request a garage and confirm my arrival date and all I get is the answering service * When someone finally calls me about the garage, I was moving from Seattle to the property and was at a gas station in Las Vegas. I was told I need to get another cashier's check to get a garage. I'd been trying to reach you people for weeks to confirm my move in date and the garage but no one responded to my emails or calls. * The "instructions" that I was given for connecting to DirecTV were missing the info about having to call to get the account activated. * I can only get about 200 Mbps download speeds for my internet. The info I was sent said 1 Gbps download speeds. Found out from the internet provider that's only if you hardwire you connection. I work from home and use bedroom #2 as my office. Guess what...there's no connection in Bed #2 to hardwire my connection to. read more

We have lived here over a year and although the place overall is nice with nice amenities but it has a hard time keeping property managers. It has changed so many times over the time that we have lived here, and they are not responsive when there are questions about the property. They are quick with maintenance orders luckily but not with anything else. There are also hidden fees that they don't tell you about so don't count on your rent being what they tell you in the beginning. read more

Renter Beware! If you want to live in a community ran by incapable management then move in here. This community was awesome when it was managed my Mark- Taylor. The leasing consultants and property manager were great but then Inland residential took over and it all went to hell! When you go to rent they tell you the base price, cost of sec package, valet trash, and HOA but fail to tell you that everything is taxed. ( You can not tax an HOA) . You end up paying about 300-400 more every month in your rent due to all the taxes. The staff in the office including the property manager have no customer service skills at all. The staff looks at all the residents as dollar signs and not human beings. I do have to say the maintenance staff is great ! They are quick to resolve requests. The people that they allow to rent here are drug dealers and unsavory people. This is a family community in Marley Park. CTC Marley Park is just turning into an apartment community instead of "Luxury" living. Now I see why all the residents that currently live here are either moving out or not renewing leases . The staff in the office have very poor communications skills never returning emails or phone calls. I do not recommend living here and would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

It's been over a year since I first checked out CTCs. It was a big decision .We picked this community because of all the people we met in the offices as we asked questions. The smiley faces that always greeted us and the patience of all of them to help. The young ladies like Desi Adrianna Kathy and Alex. After we moved in we met the two young men Tommy & Angel that we thank for their patience . So thx to all the smiley ladies in the office that are always ready to get things done...especially Adrianna who is so much like one of our grandaughters when she gives me "show & tell" lessons for all the tech stuff .We feel like this CTC is home already Thx! read more

AWFUL! I moved in when it was under Mark Taylor management. Inland Residential is terrible. I have never experienced such incompetent management. I moved out over 5 months ago and reached out for a final account statement and confirmation that my move out went smoothly. No one ever responded and since I left my apartment in amazing condition I thought nothing of it. WRONG, I just received a collection notice after not hearing from anyone for 5 months that I owe them over $400 for paint and cleaning charges that were never sent to me and they claim they have no record of my security deposit. I have all of my documentation but since no one in the office ever answers I haven't been able to get it resolved and now they're threatening my credit with these false charges. All anyone keeps saying is they need to "look into" my lease. Just terrible! Avoid at all costs! read more
