There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. That's where it went last year. I thought there was some issue. The complex paid me most of what they owed me back but not all of it. There was several months I paid last year for rental insurance with them when I already had it through a diff company, so i double paid when I should not have had to. Dave and his partner are friendly, prompt, and an asset to this community. The gym and pool are resort level and dog park and playground lovely.
