There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit.
