As a resident who has always paid rent on time and intended to stay long-term, I never expected to be left dealing with these conditions largely on my own. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. They definitely screwed me over and I DO NOT recommend this place.

There was several months I paid last year for rental insurance with them when I already had it through a diff company, so i double paid when I should not have had to. It is not the cheapest apartment in the area, but it is by far the nicest. I especially like having a private backyard and the tall ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness. Dave and his partner are friendly, prompt, and an asset to this community. The gym and pool are resort level and dog park and playground lovely.
