She also dropped accepting my policy and never gave me a courtesy notification. I now have to wait 6 months for my next check up with a different Dr. to get an MRI and see a specialist. She now will do NOTHING that she was paid to do, even after my insurance company called her office and told her what to do. She ignores phone calls and emails. She has NO staff in office. She ignores messages sent through her portal. She has no one to talk to in her office, you talk to a computer screen not a nurse. The level of care here is not acceptable! This review is my first step to getting what I need, and what insurance has paid for and co-insurance that I paid for...over $100 out of pocket. Now the lab is sending me a bill...for test she forgot and didn't even complete that I do not owe for because they weren't completed after being addressed by a conversation with her remote office by me and my insurance company.

They call you while you're in the waiting room and ask you personal questions for everyone in the waiting room with you to hear. Your weight date of birth and other private information is just said out loud. Calls and request are either not returned at all or not returned in a timely manner.
