I have had various home health companies providing physical therapy to me following a horrible car accident a little over a year ago but no one who individualized a therapy program like Brett. If it hurt, that exercise got dropped from the program. Also, Brett took me outside to walk my street. I hadn't been outside for a walk in over a year. I am so pleasantly impressed with my Luna Physical Therapist. Not only does she come to my house at a time convenient for me, but her knowledge and compassion are remarkable. She has shown me how my body has been maladapting to my skeletal issues and given me exercises to help counteract that. She does soft tissue massage to help release tight areas and her enthusiasm for her job is uplifting. I am motivated to do the exercises she gives me for the first time in my life, and I am seeing a difference in just a couple of weeks. I was unable to get PT as directed by my surgeon because there is limited access to physical therapists available my surgeon had to call to set up my first week of PT. No one was available the second week of the PT my surgeon prescribed. The third week a PT came out twice. After the third week no physical therapists were available and I haven't seen one since. i Received a message from Luna asking me to check back in one month to see if I could schedule a therapist. I scheduled with another company since Luna can't provide a therapist. Luna is a waste of time and money since they can't provide the PT treatment my surgeon prescribed. I will never use them again and recommend you find someone else. read more

Have been waiting for 6 weeks to hear from a physical therapist to start therapy. Ridiculous!

I recently had hip replacement surgery and was assigned to LUNA for in-home treatment during my rehabilitation period. I cannot rate Melissa high enough! She is knowledgeable, personable and avoids exercises that may disrupt healing. Instead, she focuses on strengthening using gentle and slow exercises enabling me to not become frustrated or overwhelmed. Each week Melissa comes to my home at our assigned time and is very encouraging. I find the Luna platform very easy to navigate. Appointment reminders are texted so you do not forget. The exercises are promptly sent each week via email and they can be printed out or you can watch the live video to see how they are done in person. read more

I have received 3 visits by the same physical therapist, Jordan, and he has been fantastic. To receive physical therapy in the comfort of my own home is ideal. I have a severe problem with vertigo and have suffered for years. I am unable to drive after receiving physical therapy for my vertigo. So my two choices are to have someone else drive me to my appointment, wait for me, and then to drive me home; or with Luna, to wait at my house for my physical therapist to arrive and to stay safely at home to recuperate afterwords. The first session was intense because of the severe nature of my vertigo. The second session was less intense and the 3rd was even better. I have a fourth session scheduled and I am confident that my vertigo is nearing its end. I waited for an extreme length of time before pursing medical treatment because I knew that it could take multiple visits to resolve the issue and dreaded being forced to drive to my appointment. Luna solved that issue for me. I highly recommend Luna. Jordan is an excellent physical therapist and Luna is a great company to correct the situation. They have accepted my insurances and I have no out of pocket expenses, not even money for gas. read more

I write this review after the third session I had with my Luna PT person, Joe. He has been doing an excellent job of providing me the physiotherapy I need given my current situation the age of 78 having to cope with the effects of MS on my balance. He has me doing exercises which are directly intended to remediate in those problematic areas. I am delighted with the work that he has been doing. At present we have three more sessions scheduled. I really appreciate the fact that he comes to my condo so that he can assess what is wanted and needed for me given my condition and my current living environment. read more

I suffered from two spine surgeries, the first one, on May 28th, 2021 it failed and I had a second one on April 8th, 2022, So of course if the surgery is severe enough to make you become disabled do you need physical therapy so you will heal properly. And I had to get that done and I wanted it at home because it's much easier for me. Melissa was excellent. She was punctual, extremely knowledgeable and well-equipped. She provided the therapy for the first two weeks after my knee replacement procedure and used a combination of massage, flexing, stretching and bending therapies. I had the other knee replaced a few months prior but this was a much more comprehensive process with Luna and Melissa. read more

Physical therapy. Had to reschedule initial meeting 2 times therapist was late and explained very little It was quite awhile before I heard back from them and my schedule was all over the place. This is for in home physical therapy. The Monday following my receiving schedule I was called and told that the therapist that came out was no longer available and they would let me know when a therapist was available that was weeks ago. read more

The WORSE confirmation system of all time. They call 4 times to reconfirm an appt then when you call back no one answers. Was supposed to have physical therapy the next day after my surgery. They never showed up then told me I had to reconfirm within 24 hours of which I did then they canceled that and let's hope that they come today because you can't speak to a human being. They call you from random 'Spam" number instead of a known number. read more

I scheduled appointments that they cancelled last minute, and then I was told I needed to go on their waiting list.
