Broke my hip, and started in home physical therapy early May, 2025. The first company that came was just fair. I felt as I needed more. My insurance company referred LUNA. I can't say enough about how great my experience was! My PT was awesome. He brought in his own massage table, which helped with all the exercises and stretches so much. Of course, we progressed to the stairs, walking, marching, etc. The Luna app was so helpful, too. It had all my exercises that he recommended, and real people videos showing how to do them! Plus a log that I kept up to date of which exercises I did when not with my PT. My PT was very professional, always on time, friendly, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs PT at home. Luna was easy for me to schedule in the beginning and told me upfront everything I needed to know. I actually looked forward to my PT sessions, and highly recommended Luna. They're the best home PT out there....and I've had many others who don't even come close to the care I was given! read more

My experience with Luna has exceeded my hopes and expectations. I would not subject myself to another noisy facility with loud music, distracting television screens, and disinterested staff. i had given up trying to find a place where I could receive the physical therapy I need. An internet search for in-home PT turned up Luna. A few phone calls later I had booked my first appointment. Kate arrived with a portable massage table and we went to work. She took my blood pressure and we talked about the lumbar spinal stenosis that was limiting my mobility. We went over a series of exercises to help me strengthen my abdominal core, legs, and back. I had been introduced to some of these exercises before. The difference was the personal focus in a calm environment. After three sessions I am feeling stronger and seeing real progress!. i am very please with my PT Darius, he is very professional and appears to be very knowledgeable about my current situation. He explains everything that he's going to do before he performs a therapy. I can tell the difference with his therapy with only a few sessions. I was in bad shape and unimaginable pain before I started therapy with him. I have been looking for help with my situation for weeks and I'm so happ was referred to me by my primary doctor. I have had physical therapy on several different occasions and it took months before I could tell a difference. I really had little hope in PT because I became distrustful of PT. Now, I feel comfortable with Darius and his abilities to help me get back to feeling normal and doing all the things that I love doing, like walking, cooking and working in my garden. I have been completely impressed with Luna. I was referred by a friend and at first I thought it was too good to be true. They called the day after the referral, took my information , and scheduled the appointment for a week later. The therapist comes to the house and the visit is completely covered by my Medicare and secondary insurance. My PT Michael proved to be excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable, willing to work with my limitations ( I am 75 and have rheumatoid arthritis), and a genuinely nice person. The Luna app is one of the best features: the therapist enters the various exercises he gives you along with special instructions. I had given up hope of ever improving my walking ability. I thought I was doomed to progressively worsening of both issues as I aged. After a visit with a renowned orthopedic surgeon who told me to have surgery would be the worst thing I could do because of my age, and that I had to have therapy to address cerebellar ataxia and cerebellar atrophy. Fortunately, after a winding path, I learned about Luna Physical Therapy. They have therapists trained in those specific issues. Luna is a God send for me. The therapist comes to me once a week with new exercises to work on after we review the previous exercises. We discuss my progress toward the goals we established on her first visit and any new goals we set with the new exercises. I LOVED my experience with Luna. I was out for a walk and noticed a few minutes in that my IT band injury from college was flaring up. I got home and started looking for PTs, nervous that it would be weeks before I could see someone, and then I found Luna and was able to get an appointment for the next day! I was so excited that they took my insurance and also sent someone directly to me. We were in the middle of a few big life changes so having someone come to our house was immensely helpful. My PT was awesome and super personable and really helped me get back on my feet. I strongly recommend Luna to anyone looking for PT. I had a great experience using Luna Physical Therapy after my hip replacement surgery. Having them come to my home made it so much easier to get my recovery off to a great start. The staff at Luna were all very friendly and provide timely communication to set up my appointments. My therapist, Rujuta was excellent. She was always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She was very thorough on teaching me exercises to strengthen my new hip and also wrote down notes for me to help me do them correctly. Rujuta was encouraging and very positive, which in turn helped me feel positive about the progress I was making. We had a 2nd PT come out due to scheduling conflicts. She lives in Georgia and I came down from Maryland to help get this service started so she can get back on the road to recovery. The therapist that came out today was absolutely wonderful...explained everything to her in detail and showed me along with her daytime caregiver the exercises we should be doing 2x a day (along with a print out with the exercises highlighted). In just this one visit, her outlook and hope of getting back to 100% has improved. It was so nice to see a PT praise my mom for her abilities. Luna was such an answer to prayer for me. I work many long hours and trying to fit physical therapy into my schedule was challenging. In addition, it was very affordable, since I had to pay out of pocket. A brick-and-mortar location quoted me $1,000.00 per session, because of my high deductible insurance, and my cost with Luna was significantly less and they filed with my insurance. The Luna Physical Therapist came to my house and did my therapy sessions right at my home and the price was so very affordable. She is very personable, upbeat, caring, knowledgeable and motivational. There's so much I can say to express my experience with her. I've had many PT sessions over the years, but never in person! Now that I have, I highly recommend it!! Luna had to put out the word twice for me, but were able to find me a therapist that works in my area and time! I love the care that Lindsay gives me and we developed a quick rapport! And having her come to me has been so much easier than getting into a car and driving somewhere and navigating ways to get into the buildings( especially when there are stairs!). Adam is a caring, professional and persistent physical therapist who is helping me w a total knee replacement. He sets challenging but doable goals and helps me accomplish them. Unlike some therapists who keep adding exercises every session, Adam keeps working on the basic exercises until I get them right before moving on. When manually manipulating my knee, he explains what he is doing and keeps a sharp eye on my face for signs of pain. I took my first walk outside today 10 days after surgery. Luna PT is the BEST!! I knew I needed physical therapy after delivering my second son, but didn't know how I'd ever find the time to go. They matched me with an amazing therapist who specializes in all things postpartum. She came to my home and it was the same copay as going into a PT office! I contacted Luna for in-home PT. I am so grateful it has worked out. My PT person is very in tune with what I need and we are forming an exercise plan to get my core stronger and address the pain I experience. Our physical therapist, Meredyth is top notch! She has patiently worked with my Mom for the last 2 weeks and there is already less pain and noticeable improvement in pain level. She is an expert in diagnosing daily movements that Mom was struggling with and has given great advice for change and effective exercises.
