It's a 3 bedroom, 1 story house. There is carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the rest of the house. The house was already empty before the cleaning started so I figured this would make it much easier to clean. When I got out of work to take a look at the house, I was in disbelief at what I was looking at. The carpets looked to have been vacuumed from the lines that were made but absoutely nothing was vacuumed up. I think the equipment just stopped working because 1 room looked to have been moderately vacuumed but the rest of the carpet in the other rooms were not clean at all. The tile was very sloppily cleaned and some parts looked like it wasn't even touched. There is no justification for this considering the price point of $450. The onis of faulty equipment should not fall on to the client. There was communication from them explaining to me that there needed to be extra cleaning in certain areas and that it was going to come with a steeper price point. I was ok with this because I was wanting the work to be done well and I trusted that it would. Unfortunetly that is not what I got. Not only did I fork over $450 for a service but I had to go back and clean it properly.

Before booking, I specifically told them that I had a 500-square-foot studio apartment. They assured me that one cleaner would be sufficient to complete the move-out cleaning. The appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but there was poor communication from the start. The cleaner did not have my contact information, and I did not have hers, which resulted in her starting approximately 30 minutes late. The biggest issue, however, was the quality and completeness of the cleaning. Several required areas were not properly cleaned. The cabinets were still dirty, and even the stove, microwave, and kitchen were identified by the apartment management as needing additional cleaning. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, I was given excuses that the cleaner had spent too much time cleaning the bathroom and therefore did not have enough time to complete the rest of the apartment. Apparently, the cleaner was only given until 4:30 PM, despite the fact that she herself complained that there was not enough time to complete the job properly. My expectation was that a move-out cleaning would be completed to move-out standards, not simply stopped because an undisclosed time limit had been reached. At no point during the booking process or our conversations was I told there would be a specific time limit on the cleaning. If the company was concerned that one person would not have enough time, they should have sent two cleaners, especially after assuring me that they understood the size of the apartment and what was required. When I showed the property management my receipt, they were surprised by both how much I was charged and the quality of the cleaning provided. I ultimately had to pay additional fees to the property management to have the cleaning completed properly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. The company failed to provide the level of service that was promised and did not take appropriate responsibility when the job was incomplete. As a service member preparing to move, I trusted this company to provide a professional move-out cleaning, and instead I ended up paying twice to get the job done correctly. In my opinion, this was an unacceptable experience and a complete waste of money.
