Another family had the exact same issue, measured by the manager and the pants were almost to his knees. 200 down the drain, plus gas and time. Very frustrating.

I understand there is a process to getting fitted, but it should not take more than 2 hours to complete (this was not even during busy season). Additionally, with the absurd price you pay for the rentals they provide, you would expect to be fitted CORRECTLY. I once had already left the store and was driving home 30 minutes later when I received a phone call, telling me they had forgotten several measurements and needed to re-measure. The employees themselves were very kind and respectful, but seemed unprepared and untrained for the task of measuring people efficient!

I still had another garment with them and when i went to pick it up i just didn't have the damaged garment with me. I never refused, he's lying. I said i needed to understand the process and what they would do (I'm nervous about it getting further damage) but he kept repeating that i refused to bring it back which never was the case. When i spoke to him he referred to using other chemicals to determine the cause of the issue and I'm not necessarily keen on them doing stuff i don't understand at this point. He wanted to overtalk me and not listen. Thats why i don't feel comfortable anymore. Why wouldn't i bring it back if that's how i get made whole? He's not making sense. I feel completely let down by these guys after using them exclusively for at least 4 years. They didn't call me back for 2 weeks after damaging a very expensive garment, insinuated that I'm making it up, and accused me of refusing to bring it back. I would've had no problem doing so had i understood the process/remedy but i don't really want them messing up my stuff even more. When talking to Brett about my apprehensions , he was very dismissive and unprofessional. He even stopped listening and it turned into a confrontation bc he would laugh at me while I'm talking as if my situation is funny. I don't feel comfortable working with him/them anymore. I took my daughter's pageant gown to her to have the train cut and the dress pressed. She had it…read morefor two weeks and when I went to pick it up is was not ready. When I came back an hour later to pick it up, I looked at the bottom and saw where she had cut the top layer of the dress a whole inch shorter than the lining on one side and uneven all the way around the rest of the dress. She wasn't there when I picked it up and it took two days for them return my call regarding my complaint and request for a refund. When they did call back they asked me to bring it back in again with my daughter so she could fix it which would require her cutting the lining and rehemming the dress and making it too short for her height and her heels. I do not trust her to "fix" her mistake and will not be taking it back and being inconvenienced again. She absolutely butchered my daughter's gown with two days left before the pageant and then refused to issue a refund. I paid $70 for the alterations when I dropped the dress off because I trusted her to do the work correctly. She and her husband were rude and refused to make her gross negligence right by issuing a refund. I will be taking Lucia's Bridal to court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRESS/FORMAL WEAR TO HER!!
