Hospitality Health ER is by far the BEST ER I've ever been to. I have worked in healthcare for over…read more17 years and with over 9 years working in ER I can truly say the care here is UNMATCHED! They really are doing it right. They have studied the ER experience from the patients perspective and have managed to create an environment and overall experience that tailors to the patients needs and promotes wellness physically, mentally and emotionally. Every detail is so intentional from the waiting room that looks like a hotel resort guest check-in lobby to the food and drinks they provide if you're hungry. There were Patient Advocates that made rounds about every half hour to see if we needed anything. They passed around dinner plates, dessert, wellness juice shots and even provided me with a Hospitality Health ER blanket to take home. Not to mention upon discharge they provided me with a parting gift! The staff were prompt to take us right away into a room and immediately began to start my workup. There was no wait, which is unheard of for an ER visit. All the staff were so warm, compassionate and accomidating. WOW they really knocked it out of the park and I'm beyond impressed. Having just moved from CA I am seeing that "southern hospitality" really is a thing and the care you recieve here is true to it's name! This is definitely the only ER I would ever visit from now on.

You will not find a kinder and more caring staff than TCC. We live in the area, and unfortunately I am severely immunocompromised. We never have walked in when we were met with anyone who was anything less than amazing, kind, and willing to help resolve whatever was going on until I could see my PCP. They have even gone so far as to call my Dallas neurologist. 10,000 stars for this amazing team! We love Dr. Ro, Dr. McD, and everyone else! Do not go anywhere else!!!!! You are in the BEST hands here!!!!!!!

You will not be able to submit any records of your treatment to your insurance company because they will not give you any. They will charge you hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of "treatment" and then refuse to give you any record of it. When your insurance company states that your treatment would indeed be covered if a patient submits records, this outfit upon insistence will send you only an "encrypted" message that supposedly contains the records, however you will be unable to open the message DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS and will thus have no idea what it says. This is clearly an attempt to obscure whatever so-called "treatment" was rendered and is nothing but a cover-their-asses tactic. I have never encountered such disgraceful, appalling, shameful business ethics or a more hateful business operation in my many decades of life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

We saw Dr. Henderson they took his blood, checked his vitals and found that he was dehydrated and needed potassium. My son also suffers from mental health issues and one of his issues is anxiety. He hasn't been able to take his medication because he's been throwing up. He started to go into a full blown panic attack. He said he needed to get out and get air. His panic attack was so bad he just wanted to leave. I told the doctor he was having a panic attack. She suggested giving him Benadryl. He told her Benadryl was gonna do anything for his condition at the moment to just please take the IV out so we could leave at that point there was nothing hooked up to the ID. The needle was just hanging from his arm. He said he needed to sign a paper that he was leaving against medical advice. He apologized and said he was fine signing that he just wanted to go home and take his anxiety medication and he would try to come back. He was extremely apologetic and felt really bad about leaving. Dr. Henderson was visibly upset about him leaving and was very rude. As we walked out of the doors, the police were waiting outside for us to tell us that the doctor had issued a criminal trespass against us. She did not have a reason and would not speak to us. My son was polite very nice the whole time he signed the paperwork with no problem, and was extremely apologetic. If you have any type of mental health issues, do not visit this place, Dr. Henderson traumatized my son in the middle of a panic attack by calling the police to do a criminal trespass. Go anywhere else in Texarkana, but do not go here. I have no criminal background I don't even have traffic or parking tickets. I have never been so disrespected in a moment of need in my life by facility in place to help you. Corporate will not get back to me in regards to this, and the facility will not give me a response as to why the police were called. Again, do not go to this place I highly suggest against it.
