Drove about 45 minutes to get there and once I got there was told told they normally require an appointment but since I came so far ,she (Jennie) would try and work me in. We sat down and she looked at the item and we couldn't come to an agreement, which was okay. As I was getting up to leave, Jennie tells me about another avenue to sell my article. She proceeded to take pictures and post my article online for me. All I can say is "WOW". there are still wonderful people in this world willing to help. During the event, a few of us were near the storefront, and the owner came out and told us we were not allowed to be on or near the property. What surprised me was that there were no customers inside at the time, so the interaction felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Instead of seeing it as an opportunity to introduce people to the store, the approach was abrupt and dismissive. The tone alone made the situation uncomfortable. I understand everyone can have an off day, but the way we were spoken to felt disrespectful. I was also surprised by the pricing. Many items seemed extremely marked up, in some cases appearing higher than their original retail value, which defeats the purpose of shopping somewhere associated with deals. After reading other reviews, I'm confused because they don't reflect the experience I had. I'll be attending another event nearby soon, but honestly, I'm anxious about returning because of how we were treated. There are many other businesses in the area that offer both competitive pricing and welcoming customer service, and I would personally choose to support those instead.

We came in looking for trim, the owner was too busy looking at his phone to help us. I asked the other person behind the counter to see 2 different trims, he refused to show me the second one and was literally arguing with me and raising his voice telling me the 2 trim is EXACTLY the same as the first. I have no idea why I even decided to buy this trim from them, after the worker literally insulted me in front of my mother in law and friend, and other customers by yelling at me that it's the same trim. All I said back to him was: hey, I'm sorry you're having a bad day, but there is no reason to be rude to me. I wanted to get the trim on that day but they did not have enough of it. The owner, Benjamin, took the money, $100 cash, and my address, and told me it would be sent out to me in about eight days. This was on June 8, now it is August 5. I have been back last month, asking him again where my trim is, he told me that he will send it, he will put in order in, but I still have not received it. He also told me he would not refund my money. His justification was: Sorry, I don't have the trim, I will make an order, why are you upset , it's only $100. He suggested I pick something out for that money. I'm not a seamstress and I don't need any other trim. I am simply getting married and I need one piece of trim. That's what I ordered. Extremely rude. I have texted him, and have not received any answer from him. Big mistake ordering anything from this shop- they will take your money and not ship it.

And the "hottest" (trendiest) labels--I believe they call this "minimalist chic" which in fact is a piece of fabric sewn to a smaller piece of fabric, worn over your head with a $350 price tag. I can see how rich folks can buy their overpriced, ugly "designer" clothing here, this is where all of it can be found. The salespeople don't care about you either, well, unless you were some sort of Mischa Barton or out-of-work celebrity who graced the covers of tabloid magazines for a couple months.
