It took me 12 minutes to get out of the lot yesterday -- eight of which were spent behind one person sitting in his car at the gate, refusing to get out, move, or pay. I'm not shopping here in person anymore. The parking gate completely ruins it. Trader Joe's across the street doesn't have this problem because they pay a human to be able to look at a receipt and not be a freakin robot.

I walked into the store and there was no one else but me. Two store clerks where there staring at their cell phones and none raised there heads to say hello or welcome.
