After our visit, we decided to walk around town. There were a lot of restaurants open, but they mostly empty. The Breakfast & Burger Club seemed to be really busy. That being said, I figured it must be a good place to eat. We sat down at a table in the restaurant. The server came over with menus and water. We decided to share a Chicken Cobb Wrap along with a Root beer. The IBC Root beer was good. Anyway, it took a very long time for our order to come out. While we were waiting for the food, I noticed a strong smell of cooking oil. The server kept apologizing for the wait. The order finally came out. We were so starving at that point. The wrap tasted very dry, so unlike any Cobb salad. There was no avocado, no bacon etc... In addition, the fries were soggy and cold. I took a good look at the wrap and it had to be a Chicken Caesar wrap. My bf thought the same thing. There was no sense in sending it back, since we already ate some of it. We were charged for a Cobb salad wrap $17.45. However, the Caesar wrap was the same price, so we didn't bother saying anything. The male server and root beer were the restaurant's only highlights. Service was attentive, though it felt like they were trying to make this more into an elevated experience vs. what it was.
