We left and went to Atlas Park to pass the time, then returned at 6:30. At that time it was equally packed so I asked at what time would it clear and how do they manage the time of players. The staff member said they "just look at the cameras," or check payments which, to me, sounds like there is no real system and that people can just stay as long as they want if they are known by staff. There seems to be no regulation or order about when someone's paid time is over. After waiting,I expressed my concerns about the time management. The staff then proceeded to tell me that I could pay at 7:15 p.m. and that the boys would be able to play on the right basket because the group there was leaving, since it was a private session. A group of approximately 12 boys who had been playing in the middle basket came over to the basket where my son and his friends were playing. The group of boys approached my son and his friends and stated that they would be playing a game first and that my son and his friends could play after their game was over, which would be taking away from the time I had just paid for. One of the boys even made a comment like "don't make me violate you," which is completely unacceptable and clearly meant to intimidate my son and his friends so they would not play. I immediately went to the staff to express my concerns. For a proper game especially in a space with just one hoop there should be a maximum of 10 players, so this was already an issue.The staff member walked over and asked the boys if they could play together or move to the other side.The boys argued with the staff, ignored what he said, and simply continued their game. The staff had no real authority, and nothing changed, so we ended up leaving. I am extremely disappointed not only because this place is taking people's money without any clear way of tracking court time or giving everyone a fair chance to play, but also because the staff could not ensure a safe and respectful environment for players. I had hoped this could be a regular place for my son and his friends to play and maybe even become members, but this was an awful first time experience. I hope management seriously reviews their open play policies, staff training, and crowd control so families and players can feel safe and actually get the court time they pay for.

She is the worst of all don't waste your time. She is unpleasant and impolite. Not very unhelpful and extremely disrespectful. If only they made sure they accommodated you as they charge you. First, make sure they explain the payment situation so they don't make new rules as is beneficial for them. They have a pay-per-class or pay for four weeks in advance. Apparently, it doesn't work like that. My daughter signed up for 4 weeks of classes which were paid for in advance as they should or as the policy seems to be. At the end of her 4 week classes, my ex-husband couldn't go to Ninas to make a payment. We wanted to sign her up for another 4 weeks but my ex husband had a family emergency and couldn't make it to pay and there is no contract. He paid the following week and they charged last weeks class that wasnt paid for as if that was part of the package when I inquired because to my knowledge you paid for your classes in full. The receptionist was like no no no that class count. That class was never paid so why should it count? I even witness another parent having to deal with the same situation. New policies need to be made. One were the parents are sure of what they are getting themselves into with this establishment.

I never regretted enrolling my daughter to Nina's, and I highly recommend Nina's if your child wants to be a gymnast.

After that they charge $8 per child/per ride. Sometimes, they do have a promo and will include unlimited Go-Kart rides. I would call them before you go. The Arcade: This area consisted of 4 arcades games. To use the arcades, you must purchase a Fun Card. There is a $1.00 activation fee so remember to keep your card for future visits. It's important to note that the entrance is located at 133rd Place. The (free) parking is by the Whitepoint Shopping Center but there is not an entrance from there. You have to exit the strip mall and walk around the block to 133rd Place to get to the entrance. I would say this place is good for ages 4 - 10 years old. I did see some younger kids there during our visit, but I personally think it might be a waste of money to take them. Both the go-kart and arcade games are probably too old for them so the only place for younger kids to play is the playground area. During our visit, it was not at all crowded so there was practically no wait time for the Go-Kart or any of the arcades. The staff were really friendly, and a couple spoke Spanish. This place is definitely a good option if you're looking for something to do indoors.

After having a friendly exchange with Alex over email about having my daughter join a comp class and asking if it was ok for a three year old to try it, we were gobsmacked by the rudest head teacher leading the class. Granted, our child doesn't acclimate well or easily to new experiences and was clingy for the first 20 minutes, but she started to warm up a bit and followed the class with help from me. How is it then that the lead teacher zones in us and says very rudely and with a thick scowl, "Your child is too young, she is not ready!" Any normal parent takes this as a cue to leave so I led my kid to the parent area and began putting on her shoes. Lo and behold the lead teacher actually followed us and began to scold me! She says, "Why did you leave the class?!" Hey Lady! I am almost 40 years old. This isn't the movie, "An Officer and Gentleman". You're not the Russian version of Louis Gossett, Jr. And I'm not Richard Gere. You're not here to break me or my daughter down in order to gain some sick satisfaction of having us beg to stay. So I yelled back and said, "You said she's not ready, so why should we stay?!" And that yes, I agree she's too young but I've never experienced such a rude approach from a teacher talking to a prospective student. The teacher shakes her head at me and says she's never had a parent talk to her like that and that "I'm not her (kind of) parent." Well good! I read another review that mentioned there wasn't much seating, but I'm here now and can honestly say there are plenty of places to sit all around. The restroom is located toward the back of the facility, about halfway through, but it's not a far walk at all. I have heart failure, and even I had no trouble getting there. The café is reasonably priced with lots of kid friendly options, including muffins, grilled cheese, personal pizzas, chips, ice cream, juice boxes, and other common snacks children enjoy. One of the best parts is the unlimited play. Once you've checked in, you can leave and return as many times as you'd like until they close at 8:00 p.m. I'm visiting on a weekday in July, and while there are a lot of families here, it doesn't feel overcrowded because the space is so large. Everyone has plenty of room to play. I do want to add that they allowed a camp in and those kids came in pushing and shoving so many children including mine. Staff aren't attentive to any needs of the children at all. I think when a large group comes in like that, staff needs to keep a close eye. On Thursdays mid July, they're offering a $1 personal pizza with each paid child admission. I'm not sure how long the promotion will last, but it's a great deal. You're also welcome to bring your own water and ask about dietary restrictions if your child has any. They say no food allowed but many people have Tupperware and their own foods. It's not enforced. My only suggestion would be to include one free adult admission with each paid child ticket, as many indoor play places do. Here, each accompanying adult pays $7.99. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience, and my kids absolutely love it. We'll definitely be coming back!
