Upon walking in, I am always greeted and always offered a drink. I usually get the matcha latte because it's my favorite but anything they offer and make is great. I have never been disappointed with my nail services here. Yubri is AMAZING and so is Arismaidi (the only 2 I have had the pleasure to get services from). Very few of the ladies spoke English and we spoke very little Spanish. However, they worked in 4 pedicures and 1 manicure and were so very lively. They laughed and smiled and made us feel as welcome as possible. They even shared so café con leche. Helen knows no English but has a beautiful smile and great attitude. My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning.
