I can certainly say that I have come to the right place for the past 3 months with an hour massage of Relaxation and afterwards feeling much Rejuvenation. I have received one Swedish and two Deep Tissue massages from a professional massage therapist named Jessica. Before a session she will ask what areas are tight and in need which is reassuring and comforting. She has helped my low back degeneration pain along with easing up the joint pain in my hands, neck, shoulders and legs from a housekeeper job of 6 months which I quit. Then when I was in physical therapy for 12 sessions too. This luxurious spa is Very Welcoming upon checking in at the front desk along with a very clean environment. Throughout are smells of lavender and spearmint aromatherapy scents in rooms and waiting areas to help calm and relieve stress before during and after my appointments. They do take walk-ins but only with available massage therapists. Hours: Monday - Saturday 10 AM - 9 PM Sunday 10 AM - 7 PM Massage LuXe offers 9 different Massage Choices based on one's health issues or activities that cause areas of pain. I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no. In addition to losing myself as a repeat customer, you lost the business of my family and friends. We are all dealing with a LOT of Stress in our lives. When I saw it, I thought, "this is probably expired." I searched for the locations, called the closest one to me, explained the situation, and the receptionist was lovely. I told her it was from 2 Christmases ago and I wasn't sure it was good. She took the number on the card, and confirmed that it was all set. I filled out the sent paperwork, and got excited for this "treat myself" moment. There aren't any of these spas near my house, so I drove to the closest one to me, a half hour away. Only for the receptionist to tell me that my gift card isn't good here. She was not apologetic, I explained that I had called and got confirmation that I was good to go. She said she called her manager, and wouldn't be able to pay the esthetician because the money would go to another store. (I've worked retail, I get it. I do) But wait! I'm in luck, instead of using my gift card, I can pay $80 because I've never been here before. I simply responded that I'm not going to do that. She looked at me incredulously. She asked if I was going to get my facial, I asked her, "Why would I do that? Why would I give you money when you've refused a gift card I got confirmation over the phone at 3:00 today to use." She then turned the gift card over and pointed to the letters and said, "See? It says Bloomfield Hills." Okay, so I should've read the small letters in the back. That's on me. But maybe whomever I spoke to on the phone should have asked if it said a location. I suddenly got nervous that they're going to charge my card I had to give them to place my appointment, so I asked, and she said she's not going to charge me. I guess we'll see, because they did make me sign a 6 hour cancellation contract. What a terrible experience. Zero customer care. A huge waste of my time and gas. I genuinely, sincerely hope that whomever owns this establishment reads this and knows that you've earned a detractor for life. As I was about to leave I said to the receptionist, "I don't live close to here. You really should make sure that whomever answers the phone knows to double check these things."
