The schedule is flexible, and you can sign up online. Once you are registered, you can text for appointments 2. Nails - Valencia is great. She is kind and personable while also good at her job. I've had two schellac pedicures with her 3. Other services - I tried out the tarot circle and meditation. They are scheduled through Olympia but you have to bring cash payment or venmo/cash app. I liked both but haven't been able to go back because of my schedule 4. Products - I took a sample of the concentrated mineral water. I didn't notice a difference and had to scrub my tub a lot to get the residue off. It almost stained the tub temporarily. This is my favorite salon! We hosted my friends bachelorette party and their private room last year and it was an amazing experience. The top floor is reserved for private parties, and it's the cutest atmosphere with the most beautiful ambience, perfect for any intimate party, or get together. We were able to bring our own food and all the ladies were able to mingle in the lounge area in between spa services. After that, I began going to Olympia for my own treatments, and I love that it's clean, staff is friendly, and it's close to home! Alicia and Shannon give the best pedicures! They are friendly, thorough, and make it the best experience, even to start with a glass of wine for a nice added touch! I also enjoy their wonderful facial services! We received an email promo from Olympia for discounted hair and nail services. I got my hair cut and colored by Sierra and she did a phenomenal job. I walked out perfectly matched to my color and my grays were GONE! I can also vouch for Sarah as I watched her work with her client and the other client looked amazing and was repeatedly telling Sarah how much she liked her hair. Moving to nails, my daughter had her nails done by Emma. Emma as well did a really nice job on my 15-yo daughter's nails. Located in a cool, historical building in Downtown Mount Clemens, this salon/spa has a lot of offerings from hair/nail services, massages, and even mineral baths. I went in for highlights and a cut, Bethany was my stylist, and she did a great job! And she was so personable, she felt like an old friend even though I had just met her. But the whole staff seemed friendly and happy to be there, as well. I was also happy that I was able to get a last minute appointment on a Saturday. I'm impressed by the owner Lois who stepped in to help correct my hair coloring issue since it wasn't cooperating by putting up its brassy armor. I was terrified with having to go through an even more extensive process concerned about the bleach product used which made me fear that my hair was not going to handle what needed to happen in order to achieve what I was looking for(color melt with ashy/silver tones). Having never had a spa day before, I was not sure what to completely expect when I visited Olympia on a Christmas gift. I absolutely loved it and left so relaxed! My spa day began with a facial, which I was slightly apprehensive about, but was amazing. My esthetician was very friendly and immediately put me at ease by explaining each step that would be completed. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin came out looking quite refreshed. Next was a massage, which included soft relaxing music in the background and was the perfect level of relaxation and stress relief. Finally, I ended my spa day with a pedicure, which included pleasant conversation with the staff who by the end seemed like friends! I was even provided with refreshments during the pedicure, a much needed addition following the massage. Each stage of my spa day was passed along seamlessly and I truly felt like I was being pampered. I love Olympia and have been going to them for many years. I get my hair done by Amber and she has amazing talent with all types of hair. Now don't get me wrong, as an African American I have been to many salons that have said they could work with my hair and have left many times afterwards looking a hot mess. If you're like me, I feel uncomfortable having new hands in my hair, but I had trust in Amber and have been going to her for cuts, colors, wash/blows and whatever creative I come up with for more than 5 years now. She's great with natural hair and just to stress this fact, I have not had a relaxer in my hair for more than 2 years and she does wonders with my hair. I've gone to Olympia on and off for over ten years. I usually bounce back and forth between them and Om in Dearborn. While the latter feels a bit more luxe and has a vichy shower (something Olympia needs), you can't beat Olympia for friendliness of staff or ease of appointment setting. I've often gotten same-day appointments for last-minute services- something you'll rarely get at other spas. Their facialist Michelle is one of the best. She's the ONLY person I see for brow waxes. I've had mixed luck with massages, but the positive experiences FAR outweigh the less-than-ideal. I've never received a bad service. My spouse and I have done the couples massage/jacuzzi combo before, and it was nice. Personally, I prefer my spa services to be solo (something I learned during our couples trip!) but in general, it makes a fabulous Valentines or anniversary gift. If you're looking for a low-key, friendly place that you can book quickly and leave happy, Olympia is the spa for you. read more

This is a great place. So much has declined in Mt Clemens but this great, historic building is not one of them. The mineral baths are clean, relaxing, and nourishing for your body and soul. The massages are great and the therapists always exude such a sense of confidence in their abilities. I've fallen asleep everytime. The rooms are charming and historical.
