It completely defeated the purpose of making an appointment and threw off the rest of our day. To make matters worse, the final bill was nearly double what we had been quoted beforehand. There was little explanation for the price difference, which was both frustrating and unexpected. The staff was pleasant, but between the long wait despite having an appointment and the unexpected charges, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I value businesses that respect their customers' time and are transparent about pricing, and unfortunately this experience fell short on both.

They indicated they only had time to do a basic pedicure while my feet were already in the water. Had I known this I probably would have left because my feet need a little more than basic love. As I proceeded to tell them I was going to pass on having the pedicure done, miraculously they found time to do an upgraded pedicure. I MIGHT give this place one more chance. When Dushan opened up his own salon, my stylist went with him. I followed. Now it's 2014 and Julie L. grew up and had a family, so she left the salon. I did not. I now see Helena as my stylist and I couldn't be happier. My wife and the rest of my family goes to her when their follicles could use a little more air. She's great at what she does. Dushan always greets me with a smile and a handshake. It's a great atmosphere. Now I'm a dude, so it's not difficult to cut a dude's hair. Unfortunately my hair grows incredibly fast so it takes a talented stylist to make sure I can go 4 weeks without my head feeling like a wookiee in the dead of summer. Helena makes sure I'm comfortable until my next cut. She's awesome. The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is more than accommodating. The customer service is beyond incredible.
