First time at Chrome, I've been waiting to get my hands on some of the rings. This location is tucked away in Caeser's Shops, it's dark and I wouldn't have noticed unless I was looking closely. They had the rings I was looking for. I was immediately greeted by the staff who were all helpful. Noelle in particular was the one who had me try on the rings and make sure I had the perfect fit. They have strict policies of not taking photos or touching the jewelry which is reasonable. Be prepared for that, haha because I was too excited and I didn't realize that. I ended up leaving with the collectible ring I wanted and a box of CH matches. Overall, great experience. I was in and out. Classic situation where there are over 5 people hanging out at the register and I just get a subtle up and down look when I walked in. It was super quiet and no other customers on the store. No one said anything and then a small group of people came in after me and all of the sudden you hear multiple "hellos" and "welcome". Yes I called it out jokingly and I got a snotty reaction. Except for ONE woman with pink hair. She was kind enough to acknowledge me. Do better and know your audience team (I'm sure one of you was a manager too). In the early 2000s CH was one of fashions best kept secrets. Leather goods, clothing, and silver jewelry with a very strong gothic influence. The iconic element was the Cloister Black typeface silkscreen printed in white and their attitude toward the fashion world stamped on their stores and clothing with a literal "f**ck y*u". The floral crosses, fleur de lys, and daggers are still immediately iconic and ownable to CH. I visited the LA location during the early 2000s, finding the humble shop obscured by an ivy leaf facade with no signage except for a small imprint on the concrete in front of the store. Back then I couldn't afford anything and left with the free branded water bottle and box of matches. Now, after years of hard work and saving I still can't afford most of their items but I left the Caesar's Forum store with a nice Las Vegas exclusive dogtag. The interior is very well done and the staff is helpful and know their CH stock very well. Its great to see not much has changed with the brand though there have been too many imitators diluting their style. It's definitely showing up more in pop culture with collabs with Virgil Abloh and Supreme, a good indication of their ongoing popularity is the small stock of t-shirts at this location from them being constantly sold out. read more

The fontainebleau is the only one out of the three in vegas i recommend. The staff in the wynn and caesers palace were a bunch of douchebags who wouldnt help us with anything we asked. We would ask if they had anything other than just the display pieces but was told thats all that they had and wouldnt even bother checking. The fontainebleau though was extremely helpful gave us opportunity's to look at different selections and try stuff on, Alfonzo is the mf goat there. He actually made an effort to go in the back and pull out boxes of inventory for us to check out, me and my friend ended up leaving with 2 bracelets and 2 necklaces. read more

LOVE LOVE CH and am an avid collector of their clothes and jewelry from their stores all over Paris, London, New York, LA but Vegas store has always been extra special for me. So when in town I have to pop in. The clothing are high quality as I have items still in great condition from 98. The silver accessories are part of my faves. It is a luxury item and expensive but if your into good quality and unique pieces they are worth it. My daughter has figured out what Chrome Heart is and now keeps swiping my vintage collectible CH clothing, so I had to pop in and pick up a piece for her to get her to stop using mine. Still love the classic look on the sweater jacket but bummed they were out of stock on any of the items with the signature "FU" on them as that's why I originally started wearing the brand then fell in love with all their other products. The staff are always professional and friendly and Kristy was so helpful in finding the right look for my 16 year old. I would give 5 stars but the fact that a repeat customer had to wait in line for forty minutes just to get into the store while all these other "looky loos" were in there just browsing and walking out empty handed. Had a great experience here. The store had a wide variety of goods and the store layout was very open and roomy. The layout of the store was sectioned off very neatly with leather jackets, leather good ,and sunglasses on one side. The jewelry w gemstones in the back and the normal clothing and jewelry on another side. It helped immensely with finding what I wanted. I ended up getting an earring as well as a hat for myself. I was helped by two sales rep which I didn't get the name of. I went right at opening and there was an asian gentleman with long hair that assisted me and my brother and answered any and all questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about the products and accommodating. I went in again and there was a lady that helped me find the earring I wanted and answered more questions I had. When I went, online said this location was appointment only (which I didn't realize) so I called in like an hour before, and they said it was cool. It's a CH store, so everything about it is beautiful, but it was also huge. Much bigger than the Malibu store. The employees were all nice, and I feel like they're a little more 'relax' here than other stores, just because since they don't mind pictures. Amazing experience here. Went in there with my wife last Friday on our last day in Vegas. Store was dead empty with 5 employees, but none greeted us even though we made eye contact with them. Only said hi after I greeted them. They totally ignored us, no "let me know if you need help with anything," NADA!! Probably thinking in their head, "these Asians ain't buying shit, so let's waste our time and saliva on them." We got what we wanted and headed out within minutes. Disappointing and clearly sensed the discrimination towards our race. Also, the security told us to leave our drinks on the side, but we overlooked it when we went out. However!! We were just outside taking pictures with our purchase with the CH logo. When I went back to asked for our drinks back, he told us he already tossed it in the trash right behind us. He clearly can see us but nope..BYE BYE DRINKS.. Worst experience in any CH store. Never coming back here again. Love the brand, but the employees can go.. I wanted to try on a bikini, so I asked the manager (I think) who was this short Asian man with long hair if we were allowed to try it on, and he said, 'Yeah, you can.' That was it. We were left wondering if we should just grab it, so we asked and he was like "No. That's not how it works". He didn't offer any assistance, he asked us who was helping us, and we told him no one. My mom said, 'Oh, the only one who's been helping us is you.' He then responded, 'I'm not helping you.' I was shocked by what he said. He then told us that someone should be assisting us, and that's how it works, which I understand. But he wasn't offering any service or trying to help us at all. It was my first time in the store, so I wasn't sure how things worked. He started asking his the workers if they were helping us, and they all said no, but we told him no one was helping us, so I was confused as to why he was asking. He then said, 'Well, if you want to try something, someone needs to be with you. That's how it works.' But he didn't get any of the workers to help us. He was so rude and belittling, and this is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. read more

I was looking for the dagger bracelet everywhere in CA location and failed to find one.
