I stopped by the Chrome Hearts boutique for the first time, genuinely interested in their exclusive Baccarat crystal pieces. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the reputation. There's a velvet rope at the entrance, giving the illusion of exclusivity--but once you're inside, the vibe is cold and unwelcoming. No greeting, no offer to help, just a group of staff clustered at the register, barely acknowledging anyone who walks in. I spent time browsing, clearly interested, yet no one approached me. Honestly, I've had warmer, more attentive service at TJ Maxx--and that's saying something. Luxury retail is supposed to feel elevated and personal, not indifferent and awkward. I walked out without making a purchase, not because I didn't like the pieces, but because I didn't feel like a valued customer. Unless you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience, I'd skip this store and take your business somewhere you're actually treated with respect.

In the early 2000s CH was one of fashions best kept secrets. Leather goods, clothing, and silver jewelry with a very strong gothic influence. The iconic element was the Cloister Black typeface silkscreen printed in white and their attitude toward the fashion world stamped on their stores and clothing with a literal "f**ck y*u". The floral crosses, fleur de lys, and daggers are still immediately iconic and ownable to CH. I visited the LA location during the early 2000s, finding the humble shop obscured by an ivy leaf facade with no signage except for a small imprint on the concrete in front of the store. Back then I couldn't afford anything and left with the free branded water bottle and box of matches. Now, after years of hard work and saving I still can't afford most of their items but I left the Caesar's Forum store with a nice Las Vegas exclusive dogtag. The interior is very well done and the staff is helpful and know their CH stock very well. Its great to see not much has changed with the brand though there have been too many imitators diluting their style. It's definitely showing up more in pop culture with collabs with Virgil Abloh and Supreme, a good indication of their ongoing popularity is the small stock of t-shirts at this location from them being constantly sold out.

Noel is incredibly nice and was so helpful. She was more than happy to show me around the store and offers great service. I've heard bad experiences from sales reps so it was nice to have someone as nice as Noel to help me with my first time at the Vegas stores! They had good stock while I was there. If anyone is looking for a nice sales rep, ask for Noel. You'll be more than happy.

Shoutout to the new home girl Cindy for taking care of me even though she was on her lunch break. Bought a trucker hat that I had wanted for a minute. She was super helpful and helped me and my brother walk out with a purchase. Gave me her personal card to call or text whenever a specific shirt that I want gets into the store. Cindy thank you so much! This chrome hearts location is top notch. Visit them forsure!

Rude employees and the store was nearly empty, they said the display pieces were all they had.

This store is way better than the ca store. They go above and beyond customer service. They should be the model for other stores.

This is an on the location review for The Fashion Show Macy's Starbucks:…read more In my estimation the Fashion Show Macy's Starbucks is the least expensive Starbucks with seating on the Las Vegas Strip. Where a grande Starbucks coffee at a nearby resort could start off at over $7, a grande coffee at the Macy's Starbucks cost $3.65. It is a hidden Starbucks tucked into level one of Macy's. It is relatively close to the Fashion Show-Wynn pedestrian bridge, where the former least expensive sit-down Starbucks on The Strip was and the Spring Mountain Road entrance. For the record, the other least expensive Starbucks on the Strip is in the Showcase Mall Target. However, they are lacking seats. The Macy's Starbucks has a similar selection to the thousands of Starbucks across the United States. The experience is similar where you pay at the counter with a real human being and the option of cash, that human prepares the drink or food, then you pick it up at the side. New technology compliments the humans that work here. At the pick-up counter their is a computer screen letting you know your status. From my two experiences, the service has been fast. As far as the vibe, it has a Starbucks cafe tucked inside a Macy's vibe. From my perspective, it has the upscale Macy's vibe. The patrons are a combination of Macy's shoppers and people that have learned that this is a reasonably priced Starbucks. As far as Macy's proper let's just say it ain't Ross. The two level department store is clean, brightly lit, and conducive to browsing and shopping. It is disheartening that they have closed several stores. On the other hand it is welcoming that the Fashion Show Mall is still in business and features what is in my estimation the least expensive sit-down Starbucks on The Las Vegas Strip. ------ ----- ----- Post Review comment based on my check-in #3 experience to Macy's. Because it opens at 10:00 am, this is not the place to go for an early morning coffee. I learned this during my post-review check-in #3, when I arrived at the Fashion Show on a weekday at 9:30 am.

The BEST Macy's in town all around! Their selection of anything is HUGE and fantastic…read more I have been coming here for over a decade and this place never disappoints. If you need something specific, chances are this place has it. I think the service here is hit or miss, but it's often busy so I can look past that. I will say, the ladies working the formal dress area were great this last weekend and definitely made our shopping experience fun and welcoming. They celebrated with us when we found the dress; it was lovely. Value is great and often times there are a lot of sale/clearance items too. Oh I am hooked on this specific spot.
