Dale saved our trip to Sturgis! We got a flat on a highway in the middle of nowhere. On a Friday. Close to closing time for any tire shops. Called the closest Harley dealer (2 hrs away) and they didn't even have the tire in stock. Several tire shops in Cortez said to call this place and so glad we did! Dale saved the trip. I can't stress enough how wonderful Chrome Mafia Custom Cycles is! group of ladies riding on our yearly adventure stopped in Manacos to visit a Veterans memorial. As we left there, my 2015 Ultra shifter broke. We pulled over to asses the situation. One of the ladies found Chrome Mafia online for motorcycle repair in the area and called and explained what happened. They said to bring it on over if we could, so we duct taped the shifter on and rode over to their place. Dale, the owner, is such a great young man who knows his stuff, and his Dad Terry took my bike right in. They put on a new upgraded shifter (instead of the POS Harley puts on) and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like the dealer would have. Their shop is one of the best I have ever been to. They explained and knew what they were doing. It is great to see a son and father team who care about people, their families and their job. I would recommend this to anyone who is passing through and needs help! I always try to help out the independents before I call a dealer. read more
