Tried a guided meditation here with a friend. It was an hour long and included several things such…read moreas an oracle card reading, sound cleanse and reiki healing. There was a pretty large amount of people for a small-ish space. I was surprised. I think it was totally sold out and had probably 30-45 people inside all laying down beside one another. We each had a small area with a meditation bed to lay down on (two little foam pillow things - very comfy), a blanket, were given a warm neck and eye wrap, and had a small basket with a crystal wand and a oracle card reading. We each also got a quick reiki healing moment during the meditation as she walked around. It was nice and very relaxing and my favorite part was the crystal sound cleanse which is how it started. The vibrations as these were played were to help cleanse our chakras I believe and it was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. There is a small gift shop with some crystals and items for sale just inside. Think bracelets and crystals and a few other items. In a great shopping center with tons of other stuff nearby. It was a nice experience and there are several classes listed each month on the website both in person or virtual. Online payment and registration was super easy.
