The Snow Bunny menu offers the Mojito Lovers line with fresh fruit, mint, and lime, Ice Teas, and Milk Teas. Toppings of jelly and popping boba are an additional 75 cents. As soon as I saw they had a Butterfly Lemonade I knew it was calling my name. Butterfly Pea Flower turns drinks a gorgeous shade of blue. It is made from a dried, cobalt blue flower that is native to Southeast Asia. Its scientific name is Clitoria ternatea. The bright Butterfly Pea Flower is sometimes used as a food coloring. When you add the acid of lemon it turns violet. My drink was just the right sweetness level for me and the strawberry popping boba was the perfect addition.
