Last time I had my drinks almost before I had a chance to sit down. My Love is especially obsessed with their coffee jelly in his drink! I finally had to go to the front to pay, where I discovered that our waitress was also acting as the front clerk. I explained our experience at checkout and left no tip--something I don't do lightly, but service was essentially nonexistent. It honestly felt like she was completely disengaged from the dining room that night. The food itself was fine, but management seriously needs to limit dine-in seating based on staffing levels.
