I have been stopping in Tea Plus for a milk tea every week after dance class at Creative Souls Dance upstairs! They don't have a huge range of options for flavors (notably missing is my fav lavender milk tea) but what they have is good. The seating is plentiful and the room is very light and open. It hasn't been super busy at the 8pm and after hours but it looks like they'd be prepared for seating for all even during busy times. The staff are friendly and helpful and fast! Last time I had my drinks almost before I had a chance to sit down. My Love is especially obsessed with their coffee jelly in his drink! I am obsessed with their fact you can specify your sugar level. That way I can feel better about a treat after the hard work put in at dance without blowing all the calories burned! read more

Had all the potential of a beautiful romance... after all, I loved my first few visits; but like many real-life romances, things don't always turn out so well. I do love getting my Milk Tea and/or Smoothie fixes.... so when my wife's nail salon told us about this place, we were here later that day. MY FIRST VISIT, I ordered a Honeydew Smoothie with Boba (my favorite at most places). It was perfect; the inside of the place looked cool (with cool asian collectible figurines that i was told was the owner's passion); the staff was nice and the drink (most importantly) was delicious. The wife had a Brown Sugar Latte with Bobo and pudding. MY SECOND VISIT (the very next day), we picked up a Taro Smoothie with Boba for me and a Super Fruit Tea for the wife. Since it was to go, they included a re-usable pink, insulated re-sealable bag (the kind you'd think they would charge extra for but it was free). Drinks were very good again. After this, we have made NUMEROUS VISITS for me to get Smoothies... most of the time I got the Honeydew and a couple other flavors to try... always happy. * * * * * THEN * * * * * I picked up a smoothie... and was so badly made (so many large ice cubes not broken down); kinda like the crap I would make at home in my crappy, 40 year old blender but this was not home and I wanted my smoothie the way it was meant to be.... "THUMBS DOWN AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED" * * * * * AND THEN * * * * * The very next weekend we ordered two smoothies "to-go" in one of those nifty insulated bags. While at the counter ordering, we told the girl at the counter about last weeks bad drinks (no manager was in). She was apologetic but made no offer to replace or make good on the bad one.... Despite telling her how bad then last one was, can you believe BOTH of these smoothies were TERRIBLE; just loaded with huge ice chunks/cubes. We called the next morning for a manager; they said he wasn't in. My wife called again the next day and again, NO MANAGER. Another day later she tried once more and of course, NO MANAGER; my wife asked when he'd be in and she was told there is rarely a manager in there (but the girl did take our phone number). So, of course, after 3 weeks no manager ever called us ! Just like that, the romance is over ! read more

We stopped by with our kids and absolutely loved it! The ramen is a must-have, the boba was great, and the cashier was so nice and patient with us even though we were a little indecisive. Definitely worth every penny. Also, if you are a anime fan, you will really appreciate the decor, the wallpaper is a cool mix of different mangas and they have some awesome statues there to look at. Now this was a solid little shop, filled with toys and anime wallpaper, the site is one for the eyes and definitely something to come visit just to see the decor alone. The back wall has a number of decorations on the basketball team, Dragonball, and other anime groups. Very clean, and you order upfront and they'll bring it right out to you. Bubble tea - while not the exact tea I enjoy, certainly the best tea in the Boca and Coral Springs area that I've had, better than the Tiger Tea or Fyr. Solid bubbles that were chewy, not under or overcooked, and a little sweet. Pudding was the correct kind, too, not too artificially flavored like some places. The salt pepper chicken - perfectly crisp and seasoned well. I could have used a bit more, but this was still pretty close to what I've gotten in Taiwan outside of the cut of the pieces. Takoyaki was also very good, the little fish flakes waving around like it was still moving - everyone at the table enjoyed these. Overall solid shop, I'll be back here again to try the ramen! Just attended the soft opening of Tea Plus! The restaurant is really spacious for a boba tea shop. Very clean and modern look. They have a kiosk up for self ordering. It wasn't working when I arrived but they had 2 kind females taking orders and making drinks. They spoke really well English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I didn't see any paper menus but they did have a menu displayed on a screen at the top of the cashier. I had to squint a bit. Couldn't see it that well. You can modify your drink which comes in one size, with the different toppings they serve and the amount of sweetness you'd like for your drink. They also had milk tea that said it was non-dairy. I tried the black milk tea and it tastes like whole milk. So whatever they're using, that's cool that they were able to nail the taste. They also serve food but I didn't get a chance to get any. read more

Such a great find!!! I ordered a ramen to go and I cannot wait to go back and get another bowl. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen with extra pork belly. The way they pack their to go orders is as so nice! A big bowl of the broth in the bottom with a layer separating the pork belly and egg so you can add it when you're ready. The spice level was perfect (I love spicy)!! The young lady who took my order over the phone was super nice and helpful! And the decor inside was amazing for all who appreciate anime art!! Best boba spot in the north Broward area. They actually make milk tea that doesn't taste powdery. My favorite order to get is the 3 guys and it has a real brewed tea taste to it. They also have other milkier/fruity options if you're not too into tea. I haven't tried their foods other than takoyaki but it was good. I think the tea was fantastic! However, the wait time to get the tea did take a really long time, like 25 minutes. It's worth the wait, but maybe speeding the process up a bit would help with customer satisfaction. All in all a cool spot, great vibes and the staff was very friendly. read more

My wife and I love the drinks and food here. 99% of the menu is small bites to be shared with friends but they do have ramen and It is very delicious. I have to admit that sometimes the egg comes out cold but that is not very often. This was by far one of the best ramen I've tasted around here. A little on the pricey side but the quality and portions are great! I really like the grilled pork belly so I ordered extra. I visited for the first time as part of a game night meetup. They graciously allowed us to move tables and chairs around so we could have the game night. They allowed us to stay for 3 hours- we ordered food and drinks of course- but that was still kind. I loved how clean and spacious the inside of the restaurant was. You have the option to order with a human or with a DIY checkout screen. You get a number to put on your table and your food gets brought to you. My order came super quick. I was shocked in a good way! I got the strawberry smoothie. It was delicious, perfectly sweet, and a good size for the price I might add. The staff was super kind and attentive to us. Now let's talk about the decor inside. Super cool anime themed artwork on the walls, complete with action figures on the upper shelves. Fun to look at while you're eating. I did not like not having the opting to not add pudding along with my boba in the drink. Too many different textures going for my personally. Overall, good vibe. As I reviewed the lemongrass hot pot I believe it's the same owner. I highly recommend if you want authentic tea from Asia or anything in that realm or a good Ramen or something come here I'm in this place is great. The owners are cool. The people are very attentive to detail and they really are great. I love everything about this place. It's my my favorite. and I enjoy all the things this has to offer. It's my favorite and they're very very accommodating as well and the shakes and everything and the Boba tea is just amazing. This place has amazing tea but lacks customer service. On multiple occasions my order was ready and just sat on the counter while multiple employees passed by it and completely ignored it. I have also ordered over the phone for pickup on two different occasions and both times they said "ok we will make your order now". When the whole point of ordering before I got there was so that it would already be ready. read more
