Again, CoCo Tea has been my go to boba spot for the last 2 years since we had that Yelp event. The service is always good, the employees are always helpful and nice. We're regulars here so a handful of the staff that works here know when we walk in that we will most likely be getting our usual. I cannot express that this is the spot that I recommend to people when they ask if theres any good boba spots. I will always get my honeydew milk tea with the tea jelly. That is the one drink that will never do me wrong. Recently, they got claw machines which was really cool, you can use your points to redeem coins and get the plushies that are inside. It's so cool. Me and my sister and my cousin are regulars at this location! In the Palm Beach area, there is no better Boba spot than this. It is conveniently located in a huge plaza in BOCA with free parking. Once you enter, it's a decently sized open space with seating near the window or by both side sides of the walls. When you're ready to order, they have a counter where you can order with someone in person or they also have self-service kiosk. The drinks always hit the spot and the service is always great (shoutout to Leon and team). My go to is always something tangy and tart so like a grapefruit or lemon yakult. We never really get food, but as a FYI, they have some food and snack options via the menu as well as some packaged goods such as hello panda available for purchase too. They've recently added two claw machines (tokens needed, available for purchase but can also be redeemed with your reward points) making it a cute little activity to pass the time as you wait for your food and drinks. But just to clarify, not passing the time because service takes a while! They usually work very quickly despite being very busy. As always, we will be back! read more

Very disappointing experience. The customer service at Coco Boba was among the worst I've encountered. The staff were impatient, arrogant, and spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner instead of treating customers with basic courtesy. I asked a simple question, but the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than being appreciated. Good drinks cannot make up for poor customer service. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with respect. Management should seriously address the staff's attitude and customer service before more customers have the same experience. read more

CoCo Fresh prides themselves on creating new drinks, their stylish store designs, and that they use quality fresh fruits. The first US store opened in New York in 2011. There are now 4,500 stores world wide. The Coco Fresh menu offers seasonal drinks, milk tea, fruit tea, yakalt which is a Japanese yogurt probiotic fusion with tea and juice, cloud tea made with a salty cream foam made from Himalayan salt, slush, and fresh tea. After consulting the menu and asking for recommendations I decided on a refreshing mango green tea with boba and coconut jelly. When they make your order you can specify what level of sweetness you want so you can customize your drink. There are tables inside so you can sit and enjoy your drink or catch up on work. I like that they are convenient to Federal Highway and their menu has some unusual drinks that I haven't seen anywhere else. Next time you find yourself near Glades Road on Federal Highway remember that you can get the par-tea started at Cocoa fresh where you can find the perfect drink to quench your thirst. read more

Loved our fresh drinks!! This place was a bit hard to find initially because the sign outside says "Planet Juice", however, if you look closely, the door says their new name "Coco Fresh Tea & Juice"! We tried the mango pomelo sago with boba and the berry lover with boba! Both tasted very fresh and healthy because they didn't add any additional sugar besides what comes in the actual fruit. The berry lover tasted just like fresh strawberries and milk and the mango pomelo sago tasted like a mango smoothie! Both were delicious! The barista was so nice and explained what each drink was patiently! We even got to try a sample of their $1 topping, their freshly smashed taro! It was a very unique experience to get to taste smashed taro! It was still mildly sweet and tasted great! I definitely want to come back next time to try their taro drink with the taro topping! The place looks very modern and seems like it would be a great place to just study or hang out with friends! Really cool place that serves boba. Probably the best in Boca Raton at the moment. The place is normally run by just one person so service sometimes is a little slow but it's always worth the wait. The ambiance of the place is about normal; nothing special. It doesn't seem like a place to "hang out" yet. Which is a shame because it's right by FAU so it could be a cool hang out spot with some couches, tables, and more seating. The workers are more knowledgeable than most other boba places I've been too which is always a plus and they have a rotating menu of drinks since it is a chain. I went with my siblings in the night around 8 and the staff member that greeted us was so nice. He answered any questions we had about the different kind of drinks they had and the difference between them. He was more than generous with how he went out of his way to also mention the points system they have and the FAU discount( though not sure if it's a temporary thing soooo) of 15% off your order. Me and my siblings decided on a chocolate caramel milk tea w/boba, a brown sugar boba milk tea w/ no ice, and a brown sugar boba latte( which I didn't take a pic cause my brother mixed it before I could lol). Either way, we came out this place happy and satisfied with the experience and our tasty drinks. The overall place has a decent amount of cute orange chairs/booths and marble looking tables that would be perfect for sitting down and chatting with friends.
