On your Mark's, stains, spots or what have you, get your brush, towel and some good ole fashion elbow grease ready and you got your carpet spots cleaned.(I didn't even need much of this(elbow grease), but you might depending). Serious though it's easy as pour or spray on the area and rub it away. Now I wish I had known years ago about this spot pro magic in a bottle. I have put off the major cleaning on the carpets since I had a puppy and 2 young children and living in a apartment, I didn't want to waste money and time constantly trying to keep up with it. We would vacuum regularly and we did have a small carpet washer/vacuum thing that helped, but the spot pro alone works way better. It was simple to use and no issues at all with it. I have put off the review for a month or so since I used it. Wanted to make sure it worked and I have used it a few times. Since the front door way and the kitchen area has the most traffic I picked out a few of the biggest spots I had. It worked great. The spots came right out and it did no damage to the color or the carpet, except make some nice clean spots(that why I wish now that I knew years ago). If you're looking for a great spot cleaner this is IT!!! The spots i used it on were from sneaker traffic (all that dirt and what ever else may be on them), near the dog food and water bowl, you know how they slurp their water and walk away as it still drips off them as they walk away. I didn't have any color stains from juice or wine so I can't vouch for that. But your everyday stains yes! I took some before and after pics of 5 spot areas I did, the picture lighting and the way you rub the carpet one way and the other can leave some shading, and the carpets are around 4+ years old (that I know of). I am truly satisfied with the product, will be using this alot from here on out, since I still have both the dog now and kids will always be kids, and I'm sure to make some mess along the way! read more

We are renting fully carpeted 3 bedroom double story home and have 2 big labradors, and ofcourse with big dogs comes big mess. Our carpet definitely was worse for wear, we own a small carpet shampooer and have tried a few times ourselves to clean accident spots and general pet strains but it never seems to get the job done. We were suggested to call here from a friend and omg the difference! My carpet looks like when we first moved in. Not only that but Pogi, the man that came, was super helpful. He wasn't there that long and charged me 244.00 I went in to vacuum and i got mainly dirt. So i called them and she said that they clean carpet not pad. So, i got my carpet cleaner out the did a small area in one of the bedrooms. the water was black. He didn't do the carpet. i called and talked to the receptionist of she was rude. She said they don't clean the pad and that the dirt was coming up when i was vacuuming. So when i cleaned the small area of the room and i saw the black water then it was the carpet then. About a year ago, against my better judgment, I allowed my boyfriend to purchase a concentrated lavender bleach bottle to use with laundry. While moving into our new townhome, he apparently spilt some bleach on the carpet (one larger bleach spot and a few other minor drip spots). At the time, I just decided to cover the spot and pretend it didn't exist; however, now it is time to move and I was very concerned about not getting my security deposit refunded to me as a result of this unsightly bleach spot. I was able to have a technician come to my house within a few days to dye the spot. When the technician, named Pogi, arrived, he was extremely helpful in letting me know the severity of the spot and what he could do to lessen its noticeablility. Due to the concentration of the bleach and the age of the carpet, it was clear that the bleach had literally eaten through the carpet, resulting in not only a stain, but a hole where the fibers had melted. He advised pulling carpet tufts from another area of carpet to mask this dilemma. Now finished, the spot is gone and it looks as though it was never there to begin with. I can't say I've ever felt intimidated by a business but these guys came pretty close. And what's more surprising is I had a great experience with them back in 2019 but I suspect they must be "under new ma management" now. When I called the office the lady on the phone explained that, because of bad experiences they had with (some) customers during the pandemic, and because they couldn't discriminate, all customers now had to read and sign a document (9 pages long) spelling out company policies and to then email it back. This is where I normally would have said no thanks but because of my previous good experience decided to give them another chance. The next week the tech shows up (late) equipped with a moisture seeking probe. He brought it because I mentioned that I own cats. He goes from room to room with it and announces that 5 of the 6 areas will need a "special treatment" that goes for $175 each. I figured that with the initial estimate of $310 for a shampoo, the "special treatments," and tax the whole job came to over $1300. I calmly explained to the tech (who seemed not to care) that this was outrageous. He then argued back that "your carpets won't look good and your house will smell like a kennel if we don't do these extra applications." I then told him I was pretty sure the carpets would still be okay with a basic shampoo and could we just go ahead with that? The tech told me he had to speak to the office. When he came back he said I would have to sign a waiver to proceed with the job I originally asked for. He also said, "We're not here to rip customers off. We just want them to be happy with our work and give us 5 star reviews." That's when I told him I would call someone else. So...if you don't mind being told to read company policies and knuckle under to high pressure/high price sales...you just might be the customer they're looking for! read more

I called this place and first of all they are hard to get a hold of. You call one number only to be directed to call another number and then when you call that number you have to leave a voice mail. Anyway, I talked to the woman there and couldn't answer all her questions regarding the property so I directed her to call the property manager. She never did. I called her again the next day and she sounded like she was half asleep at 2pm and asked her if Chubby Chubby Carpet Cleaning was only in Puyallup and her response was ....."Why do you ask?" We scheduled Chubby Chubby to clean the carpet in our rental home after a tenant moved out. They failed to show for the appointment 3 times before we finally cancelled and used another service. I wrote off the incident as a bad day for them but when the next tenant moved out, Chubby Chubby did the same to them dragging them along all day and finally arriving for a 10 am appointment at 6 pm. They cleaned the carpet but did a poor job ultimately leaving a foul smell in the house. Horrible experience. I was instructed not to walk on the carpet because "it would lay down wrong" so I didn't walk upstairs to check his work. After it was fairly dry I went upstairs to find several missed spots from my kids spills, not dirt rising after it dried, that were easily cleaned with my carpet cleaner. On top of paying for subpar work, in many places my carpet was ruined from tearing as seen in the added picture. I had my carpets professional cleaned to save time in prepping my house for sell and now I may have to have some carpeted areas replaced. Lesson learned, check the carpets before you pay! read more
