I highly recommend this company over the bigger companies if quality and customer service are important to you. We had a substantial amount of pet stains on our white carpet, due to having two dogs and a litter of puppies. Mathew meticulously went over the stains and stopped to explain (an efficient non chemical way) how I could combat them in the future so they would not get set in and hopefully our dog would not want to go there anymore. I also had make up and hair color stains on my bathroom carpet (I hate carpet in the bathroom). Matthew took the extra time needed to make sure those stains came up. This company is a life saver! From the first call I made explaining my carpet problem, the receptionist was there to help. On top of the military rate which is great, she also worked with me by lowering the price of the job. The carpet tech John arrived on time and was very professional and PLEASANT. He gave me several solutions to my carpet issue and was willing to help me save with an alternate solution. He assured me that he would fix my carpet problem and he did just that! Had a great experience with Matthew. He showed up right at the start of the 2 hour window we were given, and was able to completely clean a 4 floor town home in just under an hour. Not a single stain left after it was done. Matt was quite professional as well; it was a hot day and he was clearly sweating in that uniform, but got straight to work and didn't complain a bit. They came out and clean my sofa my brand new sofa my cat had an accident on my brand new sofa how disappointed I was and I'm trying to clean it and I actually had it twice and it didn't yeah So we actually rented a carpet cleaning machine to clean the sofa ourselves in it did not get the cat smell out. We just recently purchased a house and the carpets defiantly needed a good deep cleaning. The previous owner had three little kids and a huge dog so you can imagine. Little bear came in and gave us a full run down over everything we should do and how to really get the carpet clean. We came back two hours later and the change was OUTSTANDING. The Evergreen service that we had scheduled for Saturday at noon didn't show, so we contacted Chubby Chubby and they were able to come out the very next day. I have a friend staying with us this coming week, so it was important that I get this done. I appreciate that they were able to come out the very next day. Called a week before hand, got an appointment and did not get the email of the terms until the day before. I have had heavy traffic in my house and it wasn't looking too good for our carpets, without being charged an arm and a leg.
