You walk up to the counter and order, get your food and sit down, then pay when you leave. It was busy and seemed like the place to be! Our food was great! My son and I each got the 1 hot dog plate which comes w a choice of side. (They have 2 hot dog plates also). A gigantic bread, it was delightfully charred on the outside and soft on the inside, and was just about right for mopping up a full plate of lentils. Adding a chai resulted in a cardamom-flavored beverage that wasn't particularly sweet. There were plenty of vegetarian selections that looked worthwhile based on what other tables ordered.
