Chuck E Cheese is a kid staple that many of us remember from our childhood. Now that I have a child of my own, it was time to revisit! This location is perfect. It's gigantic inside, loaded with games, and safe for kids to run around without being able to escape on their own. I really love that it's free admission because it gives me the chance to go do a few activities without breaking the bank. My favorite is the trampoline. You pay for the trampoline , get their socks, and your little one is entertained for an hour! It's awesome to watch the kids have so much fun while, most importantly, indoors in the air conditioner. I also think their food is great. Be sure to order about 30 minutes before your little one is hungry, but I don't mind waiting for fresh to made pizza. It's affordable and extremely tasty. read more

I've taken my son here a lot over the years. Never really had a problem, but yesterday we had a party. I will say the little short girl who is a manager has zero customer service skills. That rubs off to the staff. Our server was fine, no issues. But management complete trash. We asked her for a few things, she told us to ask the assistant. After getting the bill it was double what we thought. $400 to $750. Didn't let us bring our fruit platter or food trays from Publix, and her little snippy attitude really pissed me off. At the end after spending $800 i asked her for a water cup which was right behind her and she told me to go stand in line behind the 4 people waiting to pay. Kid on register tried hustling me into paying another fee so i can use the birthday boys bracelet next time. Go to sky zone. Place is trash. Chuckie cheese doesn't allow the customer to tip on a credit card? Wtf kinda scam place doesn't let customers tip on a card? Zelle cash or cash app only? lol. Honestly wasn't even that bad, but the bill was a shocker and that little short rude girl can't manage a dog shit pile yet alone an actual business. I'm sure she's just an assistant. Chucke cheese is great to bring small children to play for an hour. It's easy for one parent to watch a few little ones and they stamp your hand so that you can not take a child out that doesn't have a stamp that matches yours. There are currently two different cards to purchase. One is for an amount of time and the other is for a total amount of virtual tokens. The time card is per person as It doesn't allow simultaneous games and there seems to be a pause after each game. Also if you have small children you waste time scanning the cards over and over. Kids Fun Center It's a giant animated rat, it's a restaurant, it's a kid play place... well, it is all of that wrapped into one. Chuck E Cheese has been around forever and by forever I mean at least 30 years that I can recall. In fact, the last time I was there, there was a whole band of animated wildlife and they were playing Gloria by Van Morrison... not exactly kiddie material but hey, it was a long time ago. Fast forward to now and I have kids and well, they wanted to get out of the house so we hit the Boynton Chuck E Cheese. The place has a lot of arcade games and little rides for the little beasties. You purchase a card either by time or by points initially. Each attraction has a point or so to run it and the card is more or less a touch-type thing that subtracts from your balance. There is food available for the kids - mostly along the lines of pizza etc. The place is clean and the staff is there but seems to be indifferent - I really had no reason to interact with them to be honest. In the past you had an wrist band identification thing, but that was no where to be seen this time - so that made me a little more observant of the surroundings... it was a nice touch to help safeguard your kids and well, it really ought to be there All in all a good way to kill an hour or two with the littles, but beware the ease of access to potentially unwanted pedos... I had both my daughters birthdays at Chuck e cheese recently. Chelsea was our party host and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, friendly, helpful and really got the kids excited. She was so great I requested to have her as the party host for my other daughters birthday party. When I had the first birthday party I had never had a party there before, I read a ton of reviews and most people said you really just show up and the host takes care of everything, they were 100% correct. I received abhorrent service from the manage Lucille at this location. Clearly she needs to receive additional customer support training because she was lacking it in all areas. When I arrived to pickup my food it was all COLD. This is unacceptable. I was then told that they do not have heaters to keep the food warm which I find ridiculous and unrealistic because this establishment that serves food. I was then told I would not be given new food and she proceeded to walk away and end our interaction. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I have worked in customer service for many years and by far this was one of my worse interactions. It's astonishing how certain people are in these fields with these types of dispositions. I was always a fan of Chuck E. Cheese's when I was younger. My son was invited to go to a birthday party for one of his friends here today and it turned out to be a great success. The birthday guest and his friends were given pizza, tokens, ice cream, and a fruit juice to drink. There is a security feature that the staff uses to stamp people with kids. When you walk out, they check to see if all the numbers match on the parent(s) and kid(s), which is a piece of mind. My son along with a bunch of other kids love the excitement that it has, so it was nice to relax as a parent watching him enjoying everything without having to be at the exit to block him. They have a separate toddler area, booths, and long tables in the back for birthday parties. The entertainment is endless with the games and you can claim the tickets from the games for prizes. The location was clean and it wasn't crowded in the late morning when we went. There is food and an endless salad bar for a fair price. Went here last night for my son's birthday. It was his first time here & I know he truly loved it! The pizza was a lot better than I expected and we found an internet coupon for $20 worth of extra plays. He loved it so much he asked to come back again today! Clearly he gives it a 5 star. Had my daughter's bday party (ultimate fun package) on 9-16-23 3-5 and was AMAZING!! It was her wish to have it here and definitely did not disappoint!! Our party host T was the best..couldn't ask for anyone better. He was very helpful, did everything including serving the drinks/food, serving dessert and putting on the candles. He was full of energy during the bday show; including singing Happy bday. He knew how to get the crowd excited and involved! He offered to take pics and made sure we got pics with Chuck E. I didn't have to ask for anything..he was already on-top of it and very organized. He was very patient and was smiling the whole time. He definitely deserves a raise. My guests even noticed how great he was, so much that we are having my niece's bday on 10-7-23 at 3 and requested to have him again! It was the easiest birthday I have ever had and the cheapest but included the most!!! My child has not stopped smiling! The place was very clean. The food was good! Would definitely do it again! Stress free for the adults!! All decor included except if want to bring balloons..but was so cute didn't even need balloons!! But you are able to bring your decor if want. Have I been to better, yeah but it's a kids spot, as long as it's clean, games are working and she can win prizes Im good. Could the customer service been better, absolutely. Was the food cheap and grease, yup but my daughter had a blast. Her first time and she loved it and the only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because it's all games on machines, what happened to the play area? Been to this one for 4 birthday parties now (had back-to-back parties one day, that was brutal). They do a fairly nice job on the parties, but they are very efficient at turning them over too. Now, a bit of advice to everyone out there. Never, I mean never, absolutely never, did I mention never, go in there after 3pm. Ever. Car breaks down in the parking lot, you have a van full of kids and no AC and it'll be hours until the tow truck arrives - don't go in. After 3pm, this place auto-multiplies the children and it is insane and completely overcrowded & overrun. Plus, way too many parents just come in and plop their fat asses in a booth and let their precious darlings do whatever their heart desires, including shoving, pushing, cutting lines, etc, with no care for anyone else. Earlier in the day, it's a pretty decent respite from the heat and a way to tire out the offspring for a possible nap. We only come to this one almost exclusively for birthday parties due to the fact we live far from it. But once in awhile, when the moon is right and the children will sleep in the car, we'll drive to this one to wear them out for that weekend nap. Positives - THEY SERVE BEER!!! And, as with all Chuck E Cheese's, all games are only one token, and they have some really good prices for tokens, no rip offs here. They also have a stamping system for going in and out so that parents & kids must have matching numbers, a nice safety thing, although I'm not sure what the 80 pound 18 year old girl would be able to do if some cretin did try to bolt with a kid. When my husband tried to go to bathroom he followed the rest room signs and when he got to the bathrooms he opened the door and it was a storage room! Fairly large and clean location. All equipment was operational while we we're here. Also we used the coupon which I found online and showed them on my iPhone. No need to print anymore. Characters we're walking around greeting hugging kids. There was a party going on also. I never eat here, but salad bar food looked fresh and clean and so did the pizza which they kept bringing to various tables. I want to give a huge shoutout to the crew that was working there today. My granddaughter had a birthday party there. There were five parties going on at the same time. They were so organized and pleasant. Everything went off exactly right. Food was served on time and hot, names written on cups, cake sliced and served, happy Birthday sung, etc. The kids, and especially the birthday girl had a blast. (And I don't care what anyone says, I like their pizza!). Great job crew! I just saw a review that said there are no bathrooms. Ridiculous! One of my first experiences in a chuckie cheeses. Took my niece for the very first time. She wasn't too thrilled at first. She went from game to game not interested. She also hopped on a jeep to get a ride and it didn't work. We put two coins in and still didn't work. Although! There was one game that I helped made the day a winner, the air hockey! She loved it! She did not want to play with it with anyone else but me! I realized it's not about where you go, it's about who you are with. Because we had so much fun it attracted other kids to the table. I went here with my wife for a birthday party that my son was invited to. It was during the day, so there were minimal crowds, but I've heard Friday and Saturday nights can get pretty busy. Our little one just loved running around the whole place and it was hard to keep track of him sometime. Luckily, they stamp your family's hands to make sure you don't leave with the wrong kid!! HAHA! Although, I am sure it's to make sure that your child is safe with all the lunatics in this world. The food was, eh... eatable? Not the best pizza in the world, but when you're a kid, what do you know, you just love pizza. There are a ton of games to play and just as many tickets to win. there's a toddler area with some tables and a little play area with a slide. One things that's nice is that all of the games are just one token a piece, so for $10 or $20, you can get a lot of playing time. This place is cool, you just gotta know how to play it as a parent. First off, it's completely free - you can just come in and walk around and watch the shows without paying anything. A refillable drink is two bucks, so I just grab one of those and hit the sweet tea and pepsi product fountain. The chicken nuggets and pizza are good but very expensive and you don't get much. Don't try to play any of the games where you win tickets - it's fruitless and not really any fun. Just buy maybe two dollars worth of coins. There should be a merry-go-round that seats three kids for one coin. That one is the best value ride and sometimes random kids will hop on with mine. Once every half hour or hour some guy in the mouse suit comes out and dances - that one is good. Most of the time the kids just jump on the machines and are excited without even paying anything. This location is better than others because it has a young kids play area for toddlers. Sometimes the place gets packed and there must be germs everywhere so for the love of god wash your hands after playing. Oh, and the place stays open very late and has beer. read more

It's clean, very reasonably priced (for $20-30 you can get a large pizza, drinks & enough tokens for a couple of kids to play for a couple hours), and they will stamp your party's hand w the same number so when leaving they make sure the proper adult is taking the kid home. Spacious family dining area and a separate area for parties!! Love the layout of the game area AND so happy that they have a separate toddler area. Toddlers have a place to climb and slide and play games all at their speed ( merry go round goes slower, games are at toddlers eye level, they have characters toddlers would recognize). And of course Chuck E is around now and again to say hello to all of his friends. Pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was. We had the pepperoni and it was thin but not crispy with a great sauce to cheese ratio. Everyone including the kids ate it and could have easily had more than 2 slices. Overall a great place to have some family fun that caters to kids of all ages!! Finally - this is the best- when your toddler plays games and gets 1 or 2 tickets out of the machine, it can be a let down when they go to pick out their prize. Well here you can pick a prize and the parent can pay for whatever isn't covered by the earned tickets. So if my kid picked a plastic slinky but only has half the points, I can spend extra $1 and just get it. Really like the concept. Let's begin taking about this nightmare of a business by bringing up the god-awful music. It's squeaky, loud, and obnoxious and let's not forget that they play the same song all day. I take the kids there for an afternoon and I made a shocking discovery. Those animatronics are not really robots. They are real people. My son ran off and found himself backstage. I chased after him because he was only a toddler. What I saw next was shocking. Two of the animatronics were making love behind stage as my two year old stood there confused. I had to think of a reason to explain to my son why that was happening. If you do ever decide to come here bring your own pizza.
