My daughter likes coming here. We had a free 1 day pass we received from a birthday party that was at skyzone. When we went to redeem our free pass they said that corporate discontinued the free passes which was a bummer. We paid the $29 for 2 hours of play. After 15 minutes of play a huge camp rolled in and it was packed. Lots of lines to do any of the activities. My daughter still had fun but there were a few hiccups. read more

Our first time at this establishment!! I've got to say it's awesome!! Workers are polite and very helpful which is a plus for us. Their bathroom and play area looks to be well taken care of and clean. There's a little bit of arcade games, obstacle corse, zip line, basketball hoop, slides and trampolines. We came to use a free standard pass that my daughter got from a birthday party that was expiring at the end of the year. It's good for a 90 minute pass to use for anything in the trampoline park. When we arrived on Monday morning, it was pretty calm considering it was the week of Thanksgiving. There were more kids coming in as we were leaving. There is lots of energy that can be burned off by jumping around at the trampoline park. You can literally spend the whole day there, but two hours is just enough to get the kids worn out :) There are obstacle courses, swings, trampolines, beams, dodgeball area, and a bunch of other things to do. It is suitable for all ages. There is also a food court that offers pizza, concession items, and beverages with a sitting area downstairs and upstairs. There was plenty of staff walking around and making sure that the participants were safely having fun. Make sure you sign the waiver online before hand to save time when you go check in. Took my toddler here for the first time and it was great. Large and clean, really perfect for bringing kids to run around and burn energy off. There was so much for my 3 year old to do here. The employees are all kind and helpful. We really love this place so much. My son had the pizza both times we've been and he ate the entire thing despite being picky. They have bottled drinks, a soft drink fountain, food to order and sweet treats like candy, cotton candy and ice cream bars. There is even a padded playground like the old school discovery zones (iykyk). Love it here. read more

So happy this location finally opened up! It's so close! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is still very clean and has that "new" smell. Hopefully it stays this way for a while. Great place for kids ( ideal ages I'd say would be 5-12 years old ). Clean and well maintained equipment. have some unique activities other trampoline places don't typically have such as " the floor is lava " obstacle course, zip line, trapeze swing , arial silk swings etc. 90 minutes of jumping is 26.95 per kid or you can pick the unlimited jump pass for the day but i cant imagine kids wanting to stay more time than 90 minutes. tip - bring your own water - they charge 4$ for a small bottle of water ( outrageous). read more

So not a knock on the staff cuz they're doing the best they can with what they have. Hire some more staff SkyZone. BUY THE MONTHLY PASS (same cost as the day pass) and at least you can enjoy 30 days of letting your kids bounce off the walls. THE MONTHLY PASS IS ONLY GOOD AT ONE LOCATION. Quite the opposite of a shoutout. I had a major issue with supervisor Jay on duty at the boynton beach location on April 8th 4pm. He demanded and harassed me about wearing my "observer wrist band." I have been here 100 times and I always just hold it or put it in my bag as I break out in a rash from it. Regardless. I am NOT jumping obviously. Sitting and observing and walking around with the kids. He continued to follow me around and make sure that it was visible. I asked for someone above him and he said he was the only one here currently. We were planning on renting out the place for a 6th birthday party in June, but now I refuse to give my money to this business. We will also be changing our membership to a different location and will continue to press the issue until it's properly addressed. read more

We went for a small get together for my nieces birthday. For a Saturday I expected it to be a bit crazier- but it was actually great. There were lots of kids between 3-7 which made us feel more comfortable with a 3 year old and 4 year old. It seemed decently clean and the employees were all nice. I wish there was better signage for height requirements for the trapeze swing. My 3 year old was quite sad as we didn't know she wasn't allowed. Since we didn't pay, the hosts did, we didn't get to see the signs up front- if they had them. It would be nice to have an employee watching the aerial silks- there were two kids there for over 15 minutes without a parent, and another for over 20 minutes and our group along with another ended up having to ask them to leave so our group could get a chance. They were nice and we did find the parents to let them know what happened so there weren't issues- they were appreciative of the respect we gave their kids and talking to them as well All in all based on what we saw it's a great place! If we travel down again and need to kill time we might try it again. We didn't go to the little kids zone so I'd be interested to see what the kids think of that. read more

The facility I visited in Springfield, VA was very crowded, but fun for the grandkids. However, what I thought was a one-time charge has been recurring for months. I have tried to contact Sky Zone to cancel numerous times, but they do not pick up the phone, their voice mailbox is always full, and they have not responded to correspondence. I have been forced to dispute the monthly charges through my bank, which confirmed this is a frequent occurrence with Sky Zone. I would not recommend Sky Zone and advise caution. read more

I had a birthday party at Sky Zone for my son. Chandra is the one who coordinated my party. She was really helpful in answering my questions and even during the party. The party was seemless and just flowed. Carrel was our party host and she checked in on me mutiple times. It was nice having a party host during the party to ensure the party is a success!
