It's not the same as I remember from my childhood, but I do feel like the pizza is slightly better. This particular location is set up well for parties. Lots of tables and booths plus a kind of private reserved area for larger parties. No longer a ball pit, but a trampoline area is very popular with the kiddos. It does cost extra, but use is unlimited with the days wristband. There's an area with little rides and stuff for toddlers, and the rest of the games are suitable for 8 and up. The games operate with reloadable cards so no more tokens. And no tickets either, those are recorded on the card. At any point you can check the balances on the same machine that is used to reload the cards. I've been here twice this summer for parties and it wasn't bad. Obviously adults are not the target audience but there are plenty of more challenging and nostalgic games. read more

They started our education science video without letting us know it would begin. No instruction for our teachers. Then They told us our students couldn't redeem their tickets our kids were very disappointed. We got no wristbands for k4-k5 their babies and can't keep up with the cards!!! Then The manager argued with us that we didn't get goodie bags for our 50students !!! When we showed them we did she told us to make the bags ourselves!! They were completely unorganized and it showed !! This could've been a really Great experience but it was awful due to the entire team being unprepared!! We went yesterday, 9/10/25, for a lunchtime treat to this Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a disappointing, expensive experience. There seemed to be only one employee working there, trying to be at three different stations at the same time. The lack of adequate staffing made customers wait for long periods with no employees in sight, and without remorse. The cost of was close to fifty dollars for 30 minutes of play time, a medium, single topping pizza, and two kid sized sodas. That is a lot of money for lunch and a very disappointing experience. I went as soon as it opened Friday morning to take my grandson an I am glad I did. He was able to run and play the same toys an endless amount of times. He didn't know where to start. I loved how clean it was the food was hot and fresh . Kind of upset this CEC doesn't offer alcohol but awesome service provided with the explanation of why. read more

Yes here again during the COVID times. It feels the same sad and depressing and empty. I am surprised the place is still in business. But the few kids that was there was enjoying it. This time around they checked your temperature and made you sanitize before you came in also they made you take a group photo for some strange reason. This Chuck E Cheese is awesome. It's big, it's clean, it's well-designed. Plenty of seating. A large party room, coupled with plenty of seating throughout, including a nice toddler area. They are conscientious about keeping the games operating well. We've seen them going around in the morning, right after opening, testing each one and making sure they're all fully loaded with tickets. The salad bar is kept well-stocked, and they periodically haul Chuck E out to walk around and wave at the kids. We've been to dozens of CEC's over the years, locally and while traveling, and this is definitely a contender for top-of-the-list. read more

The customer service was overall very good. Cotton candy costs 200 tickets. My kids had 288. Instead of charging me for the extra, the employee just gave it to me. I did see one employee walking around a cleaning a machine while we were there playing. I also felt comfortable letting the kids do their own thing (especially my five-year old) and not hovering because of the child checkpoint in and out of the facility. The prices were reasonable. We did three buffets, and 100 "coins" for two kids for $69. Both children left with coins left over, so the next visit will be cheaper. We stayed for almost 3 hours! Some areas for improvement: At once point an employee yelled at kids "STOP RUNNING!" A kinder tone, and perhaps a "walk please" would have been effective. I also think more spraying/ wiping off games and play areas would be good (A lot of Children's museums do this- and it is appreciated!). As we were leaving the employee checked that the number on my hand matched the kids I was leaving with. It was a pretty loose check. I was here on a Sunday night. It was busy and a mess. Some games don't print out tickets, bathroom missing towels, and redemption both wait time was half an hour. I left after a long wait without getting toys for those tickets. I come back on Tuesday which is less busy. We are waiting for 15 mins and nobody comes out to help. I don't have any children, and with good reason. I don't really care to be around them, but I'm huge among the under-6 crowd and the girl has eleven brothers and sisters and so we always kids over at our place. The girl wanted to take them to this place to eat bad pizza and play games and be loud. I don't know how I got suckered into it, but there I was. As a non-breeder, I could make a convincing argument that this place is, in fact, the version of Hell depicted by Dante. Dante's Hell, like Chuck-E-Cheese, was guarded by three terrifying creatures. It was hidden from the sun. It was full of people being tortured by their bad decisions. They might as well hang a sign out front that says "Abandon Hope -- All Ye Who Enter Here". No, seriously. I'm not being hyperbolic at all. It's an awful place. But, I'm an adult and apparently this place is meant for children. The ones we were supervising seemed to enjoy themselves with the games and the pizza and the rides and all of that. The youngest one shared my distrust and fear of the gigantic talking rat, but honestly who wouldn't react with some trepidation at such a sight? She's obviously the smartest of the bunch. The pizza is pretty terrible, which I'm sure goes without saying. I didn't try any of the other food, although they do have a pretty decent sized salad bar that the girl (Vegetarian) proclaimed adequate. The staff was nice enough, even if they did look like they had been on the front line of a war for the last six months. Security was super heavy at this place, which was a bit disconcerting. Do things really get that out of hand at Chuck-E-Cheese? What situation could possibly arise that could not be dealt with handily by the terrifying trio of gigantic Rat, Bear/ and whatever that other thing is. I'm not sure what I find more scary, those three monstrosities or the idea that they need back-up, even if said backup comes in the form of octogenarian security guards. We were the first to arrive today. 11:00am. Very unfriendly person who greeted us. Just stood there until we said hi. Then could not understand the person with their mask on. Three places (rides and games) we went to, still had crumbs and dirt on them!!! Very disgusting. Never saw anyone wiping down the games or rides. Only one hand sanitizing stand....outside the bathroom. Would not go back! Unsanitary and unfriendly. My 6 year old son picked this last minute for his birthday dinner and I was dreading it, especially after reading the reviews. But we came on a Friday at 5pm and it was bright, clean, and not at all crowded. The staff was super nice and gave us extra tickets and game play. They were friendly, attentive, and quick with their service. We had the pizza which was just fine for us. We also LOVED the unlimited play. Would not recommend going here on weekends. The place is a zoo! My family consist of 2 children under 3 years old and my husband. We are walking in and a deranged woman is screaming out obscenities to the security. She is being escorted out from a child's place of business. That should have been the sign to turn around and walk back to car however my son loves coming here. The place was dirty, children were animals running around without supervision, and they were jumping on n off moving rides. It was very "ghetto" here on weekends. I am so glad my girls are over going to this place. Half the time when we went it was filthy dirty and half of the games weren't working. My friends and I referred to this placeas the rat house-I even have a friend who tells her children the only time Chuck E. Cheese's open is for birthday parties. Absolutely horrible!!! My family of 6 went there for my daughter's birthday and it was the worst experience ever. There was no clean tables to sit down at. Alot of the games were either broken needing assistant or just not working at all. We kept having the problem of not receiving tickets and having to find the tech support person (which was 1 girl doing the entire place) in order to get out tickets we actually won. They have 2 security guards that are too busy charging their phones or talking with other female workers. There was a fight that almost happened between two families and management so the cops got called. Too ghetto of an environment for my family and I will never be going back. I was just there this past Friday night and I was less than impressed. My son seemed to have a decent time, but I was wishing that I had packed some sanitzer in my purse. The place was filthy. Not just the games and the floors and tables- but the other parents too. Can you say ghetto? I thought the fact that this was Brookfield would help, but no, it did not. The employees were fine, but the odd thing was is they seemed just as mortified to be working there, as I did being there. We didn't even bother with the over priced pizza- because let's be honest- I knew it wasn't going to be worth it. We took our 2 year old granddaughter and 3 year old grandson to Chuck E Cheese one afternoon when we were off of work. It was very nice and quiet at that time. The kids had a ball in the toddler area. The employees were all very nice. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids, which was okay. My granddaughter needed to use the restroom. I had a terrible experience here. I had my daughter's second birthday party here because we had been to this location earlier in the summer for another party, and I liked the layout of the space: the stage/ dinning area was separated by a wall, and was clean and nice looking. We had our party over the weekend (12/1/12) and the wall had been removed, so there was nothing separating the spaces anymore. There was obviously construction happening that we hadn't been aware would happen. It was noisy in the dining area, as there wasn't a barrier to block the sound. The lighting seemed garish, and I'm not sure if it was because it actually was different, or if it was because of the space having changed, but it felt like walking into a warehouse... on top of it, we had ordered a party package that was supposed to include goodie bags, and our guests never received them. I didn't notice at the time, because there was so much going on, and so many people, it was absolute chaos. I found out later that a busload of people had been dropped off on top of an already crowded Saturday night situation. I would recommend not going to this location!! If you must, try to avoid the 5:00 Saturday night slot (or any time Saturday night). read more
