The site and immediate surroundings are very pleasant, the inside is appropriate for special occasions whether happy or sad. Nice, ample parking lot. Sound system in the chapel is good, I heard everything clearly sitting way in the back. Staff is good, unobtrusive.

We took advantage of them handling the food, appetizers, DJ, bartender, and ceremony all in house. The only thing we hired outside of loft and chapel was our photographer. There were 2 issues which left a bad taste in our mouth after our wedding night but could be easily avoided if we knew ahead of time. 1- We had asked and were told ahead of time it would be no issue to not serve shots at our wedding, and instead of taking time to make sure the bartender knew that we trusted that they would make it clear for us. We found out a little too late that they were serving shots all night to anyone who asked. I was told afterwards that it was written on the bartenders instruction sheet not to serve any shots. So if you're going to have any specific changes to your bar service take some time before people start drinking to talk to your bartender and set clear expectations. 2- we had "DJ Jay" as our supplied DJ from the venue. He contacted us just a few days before the wedding for our playlists and what kind of vibe we wanted for music. To say he didn't follow it would be an understatement. He was unable to read the room and continuously played music nobody was dancing to while not playing any of the songs we requested. On top of that he just gave off an overall unprofessional demeanor. I won't go into more details but given the opportunity I would have requested we either not have this DJ or I would have hired my own outside of the venue. Again if we knew ahead of time we could have avoided those 2 issues and the night would have been perfect. I would highly recommend booking a wedding here, the chapel is small but the service was very efficient. The venue itself is very nice, and it felt like we got more than our moneys worth for the overall aesthetic. Also I will again say Jeff is super easy to work with, he's very responsive, and he does a great job where he can.

Facility: ***** Atmosphere: *****…read moreParking: ***** Food and Spirits: can't rate full menu Staff: ****1/2 We have been here twice for a fund raising event so the review is about our experience for that and not a wedding which I would assume is the bulk of their clientele. For your event, what are you trying to do and have? Overall our experience as a guest was very good. Lots of off street parking, clean and well kept building, professional staff, and good heavy appetizers. From a services perspective it was good not great and here's why. The table staff was great but the bar staff was overwhelmed both last year and this year so in that perspective it was consistent year to year. Our event had almost 309 people. A larger event. The bar is nicely designed U shape to provide guests plenty of space. There were two bartenders and both years it was a tremendously long wait to get a drink. I've had experience working in this industry and bartended and I was trained to watch who walks up next to better serve the guest who is next. That didn't happen last year. This year our group decided to form a line so that it was fair. We stood in line for 20+ minutes to get our first drink. In terms of business, saving a third bartenders wages over selling more drinks and providing faster service is not a good model. Otherwise the staff was wonderful, accommodating and friendly. Again our food was heavy apps so difficult to give a review on the quality of their menu but what we had was good. Chicken skewers, cheese, sausages and veggie spanakopita. Wine selection was average but that's the type of selection you get here but the price for a glass or bottle was fair for the quality of wine. Fully stocked bar and they even concocted a drink for us and part of the profit for that drink went to the fund raiser which was nice. Overall , it was very nice and if you are looking for a banquet hall for a large party you should check them out. To me it is comparable to (former) Country Springs or Western Lakes but perhaps a notch below. Above The Loft of Cedar Ridge. So hopefully that gives you an idea. Next time I will post more pictures and update my experience.

I will say that Amy, the Manager was easy to work with, very responsive to the bride and her staff was A+. So many people complemented us on the food, it was incredible, everyone loved it. This past May we got our Mother's Day meal from Tuacan Hall catering, delicious, I would recommend. And in March we bumbed into Amy at a pre-covid event, my husband and I said hello to her and right away, she knew who we were and mentioned our daughter's name and wedding date. A nice benefit of working with Tuscan Hall is they have trusted vendors that they will recommend for photography, flowers, DJ sevice, etc. It makes those decisions much easier.
