We stopped by during the weekday and used one of the online promotions for the kids to play a few hours. For $75, we shared a pizza, four fountain drinks with unlimited refills, 120 gaming credits and access to the trampoline and obstacle course for two kids. It has been a few years since I have last been here. It is nice they added the trampoline section and updated some of the games. The place is still a bit dated looking. We don't come out to Langley often, but recently discovered this general arcade driving by. With the fun pass it works out to be about $10 each visit if we come once a week for the next two months. There are a lot of arcade games for both young children and older children which award tickets for winning certain things. That being said the amount of tickets won are very minimal but I guess overtime they add up. Overall, a great place for burning my kids energy but probably not be a suitable for someone older. Might find the games, not challenging enough. read more

Yes, absolutely. But it was tasty and hot and we enjoyed it with the kid before spending a small fortune to win a few lollipops. NOW WITH BEER AND WINE FOR YOUR SANITY! YAY! The thing is, I remember back in the day when you had to walk six miles in the snow to school the way Chuck E. Cheese used to be. The animatronic creatures were scary but also part of the reason Gen X can handle their s#&$. Now we have a tortured teenager in a mouse costume dancing lamely to the amusement of mostly the parents in the crowd. We used to have a urine riddled ball pit to toss littles in. Now they just get to touch a game controller that probably hasn't been wiped down since 2019 (that's prepandemic for those paying attention) before they have the joy of eating with their hands and giving us all the new plague. But here's the thing... it IS fun! The kid had fun, the parents had fun, and it cost about the same as going to see the latest paw patrol movie in the theatre (with tickets, popcorn, candy and of course a commemorative cup). 12/10 will go again. read more

I faintly remember it was inside a shopping centre in TST East and they even had a small indoor coaster that goes around the venue . How cool is that ! ! What i expected. Chaotic energy. "Why is it sticky?". Y'know what is expected for a kids place but it was very expensive and some things were really over priced. This place only have one animatronic that isnt on 70% of the time. A lot of the arcade games are neglected either broken or dirty or just hidden shoved in a corner. My kids attended a birthday party here and it was great! Didn't know what to expect since it's such an old brand I didn't know if the place would be tired/old/dirty but it was the exact opposite! Somehow it was refreshing! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, the games were clean and most of them worked (?90%). The games weren't scary/bloody/violent...mostly speed and timing type games that was fun for all ages. The parties were well organized and timed. All the kids (age range 6-10) had a blast. Had my nephews birthday here. This was so much fun and so easy to book online. such a blast he had. The host was Elvin he was super awesome. 8 to 10 pm slot was pretty good for 13 year olds. I really like this place. It's spacious, lots of fun, food is decent and many games and rides. Came here for a kids birthday and everyone enjoyed themselves even the adults had a good time. Took my 6 year old grandson on Monday, we were there for 3 hours. We both had a blast. Place was clean and staff were very friendly. Food is mediocre and edible. They now use card you add money to so for $20 you can play as much as you can for an hour. Only thing I would complain about is how the Sosa fountain area could be clean more often as well as ladies bathroom smelled of urine and wasn't the cleanest. Would go back again though. read more

Getting in wasn't too bad, based on the $30 entry fee we had pretty high expectations. Immediately my kids commented on how much trash was on the floor. Kids went in to the climbing wall straight away so I followed since the "parent viewing area" doesn't have any view of that area. The kids were handed a climbing harness to figure out on their own so I stepped in to help them correctly don the harness. As the hour progressed I watched the majority of kids incorrectly wear the harness and climb up the course. Any clutch failure on the safety line would likely lead to a static drop and probable serious injury for those kids. The staff member spent a good portion of the time on his phone showing little to no interest in the management of the kids or the wall and no interest in safety of guests. I'm a rope technician and fire service instructor and somewhat of a SME. Don't take your kids to this place and expect the staff are looking out for their safety. My kids will not be back. read more

Where you had always wanted to have your birthday party, but your parents could never afford it. Where there were two floors filled with amazing arcade games and you were surrounded by several other munchkins that you would constantly get separated from your siblings because no one was tall enough to identify as 'your party.' You would make a big scene as you drowned in the pool of plastic balls, when deep down inside, you knew that you could still breathe at the bottom of the colourful pit. When you would sit and watch the big face'd robots that would put-on a good show while you ate the greatest pizza to ever grace your taste-buds... When hungry, hungry, hippos was a full-fledged game on a huge table top, and you knew that the best way to score more tickets to win that teddy bear worth 100,000 tickets, was to play that bowling game with the cyclone of holes. Well my friends, all of that is GONE! What is it replaced by? Nothing but a small selection of rides found in any shopping mall that only children under 4 years of age, would enjoy. Even Chuckie himself looks different! ...and I swear to you, you can tell by the sad plastic look on his face that even HE misses how it used to be. The staff were a bunch of teenagers who were clearly unenthusiastic as they had to repeat five birthday party celebrations at-a-time, every 2 hours, to the same sad video that would play en masse. I don't blame them- not one bit. Why? ...because they need the pocket change and no adult is patient enough to stand through that torture several times a day. I totally get why little kids might enjoy a frenetic hour pumping their parent's hard earned money into ADD inducing machines that flash lights at them, but as a parent, I think we can search out better uses of time and money. Pretty much a kids' paradise with different arcade games that dispenses tickets that can be redeemed for little prizes. Prizes are nothing special but it is pretty exciting experience for the kids. You do need to purchase their own tokens to play the games. This location is pretty small with two sections for the arcade machines. One side seems to be catered more for little kids and the other side for older kids but most of these games can be used by both older and younger kids. The place definitely gets loud and busy with all the kids. I hear that it is lot slower during the week so that could be an option. There are tables on one side for parties and booth tables scattered throughout the facility. The cheese pizza looked pretty decent but it would be pretty hard to mess up a pizza. But I can't really comment on the quality of food as I did not have any. They also have chicken strips and fries, your usual fast food fare. Fun place for kids to hang out and maybe for some adults too. Just be sure to have some hand sanitizer on hand; little kids and germs go hand in hand. read more

I know it's expensive and really not great foot quality, plus the staff there are pretty much teenagers but hey when my 6 yr old son and 3yr old daugher hugs me and thanks me for taking them there, then no amount of bad reviews will stop me. Went here twice in the past 10 years for B-day parties. Both times were crap. The games are fun but the Pizzas are just terrible. I know that it is a low standard culinary joint, however, fast food at the mall tastes better. The ticket winning process is still the same, however, the prize selection is terrible. It is expensive and you get nothing of real value in return. The tickets are harder to win which upsets kids and all they get is an eraser that you could've bought for them at the dollar store and thrown in a box of cereal. I was very disappointed when I found out that Chuck E. Cheese is now using a point system. My daughter and I feel like the point card takes away the fun of the games. It's hard to play certain games when you only get one token at a time. They point system makes the games so overpriced, that the games that used to be one token are now twenty points and it eats up your money, plus, you don't get as many tickets. I bought seven hundred points and they were gone within twenty minutes, plus my daughter had very little tickets to show for it. She usually get around four hundred tickets, but now she barely got one hundred. Multiple games were out of order. Big rip-off, and we won't be coming back until they change it. The old slogan used to be "Where a kid can be a kid.", but now the slogan should be "Where a kid learns to rely on cards and electronics." Wow, Chuck E. Cheese. read more
