    a row of arcade games

Omg haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese for like . . . ever ! Last time was most likely when I was still a kid in Hong Kong . I faintly remember it was inside a shopping centre in TST East and they even had a small indoor coaster that goes around the venue . How cool is that ! ! Fast forward N years and here we are with just a lone location in all of BC . The best way to describe it is a child-focused arcade with food . Tbh I don't really care what they've morphed into nowadays as I'm just glad they're still around .

Very clean! Carpet in middle of day is spotless!

My kids attended a birthday party here and it was great! Didn't know what to expect since it's such an old brand I didn't know if the place would be tired/old/dirty but it was the exact opposite! Somehow it was refreshing! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, the games were clean and most of them worked (?90%). The games weren't scary/bloody/violent...mostly speed and timing type games that was fun for all ages. The parties were well organized and timed. All the kids (age range 6-10) had a blast. Pizza was actually tasty.

Had my nephews birthday here. This was so much fun and so easy to book online. such a blast he had. The host was Elvin he was super awesome. 8 to 10 pm slot was pretty good for 13 year olds. I would have Done The VIP at 8 am but too early. you have a choice of three price ranges. plus added 2 cakes. only needed one. Had 4 pizza for children and 1 xl and 1 lg for adults. Free Refills for life. for the cups.

I really like this place. It's spacious, lots of fun, food is decent and many games and rides. Came here for a kids birthday and everyone enjoyed themselves even the adults had a good time. They know how to host a birthday party and make a kid feel special. Totally recommend Chuck E. Cheese for a fun day of entertainment

Took my 6 year old grandson on Monday, we were there for 3 hours. We both had a blast. Place was clean and staff were very friendly. Food is mediocre and edible. They now use card you add money to so for $20 you can play as much as you can for an hour. Only thing I would complain about is how the Sosa fountain area could be clean more often as well as ladies bathroom smelled of urine and wasn't the cleanest. Would go back again though.

Firstly it is a beautiful, well laid out facility. The space is modern looking, open and inviting. There is a huge living wall, plenty of wood throughout and the water fountains have water bottle fills so they can gauge how many bottles have been reused rather than purchased and potentially thrown out. So smart! There is a nice games room out front and a well appointed workout room, a large gym that can be split into smaller courts to accommodate smaller game play. Above the gym is an indoor walking track. There are also a number of multipurpose rooms to rent. Timms offers a bunch of different classes throughout the year. I appreciate the building because it's a really meeting place, fairly central and easily accessible to anything in the city. Lots of parking below and across the street at the Langley Mall, I haven't ever had to walk far to get back tui my car. I'm addition to that the building also houses the Mayor and City Council Chambers. Go check it out! I like it!

I AM THE FIRST YELP REVIEWER for Ninja Tag!…read more Wow, I am impressed no one on YELP has reviewed this entertainment venue. I hope my lengthy review will entice you to try at least one and to let you friends and family members know. Of course, any events like these, please take safety precautions. From the outside, does not clearly say NINJA TAG, it says TAG, but the door says the entrance on the other side that says to use the new entrance around the West side of the building. When you enter you would be greeted by the front desk to fill out a paper waiver. Normally it would be a digital waiver on the screen, but the program isn't working at the time I went. One game is $10.00 and you have 10 minutes to complete the recorded game stats. But you can stay longer to just practice after your scheduled time. I stayed like 2 hours there and continuously played the different stations. They require you to purchase the non-slip socks that you wear when playing. It is an additional $3.00. And unfortunately you cannot wear your own non-slip socks from other events, it has to be the ones they provide. Plus they also get you to purchase a wristband which is another few dollars. Overall it was around $18.00 for this activity. The wristband can be reused, but I forgot to ask if you could reuse the same Ninja Tag socks. They have bins off to the side of the counter to store you clothes and shoes. For safety and security reasons, you can store your valuables like phone/keys/wallets behind their customer service desk. After playing for 2 hours, I found the stations fun and some challenging. Everything inside is very well lit with red and it feels like you are in a dangerous warzone of entertainment. The most fun station would have to be the very first station because you get to run up a sliding hill and the goal is to TAG with you wrist the colors. There are 5 levels of different colors and if I recall correctly, I was able to get to the 3rd color BLUE. Please make sure after you have tagged the color to go down the hill like a slide on your back and arms in the air or close to your chest. Avoid the elbows and knees touching the slippery floor, you can skin your human skin. I did this slide multiple times and skinned my right knee. It feels like a bruise but after a few days, my knee aches to walk. I have been applying Polysporin a medical cream every day to speed heal the skin. It seems to be working, but still very painful.

If I…read morecould leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.
