I was so full half way through as the portion was so big but it was so good I finished it all! We had 34 people for our Christmas party here. We had the back room and our server was loreena . She worked hard and gave us excellent service. Once the meals were ready all the staff delivered them to us. We had a choice of salads, Greek, Caesar or tossed salad. All were good. There were 7 options to choose ranging from Souvlaki, pasta, steak, fettuccini all with a variety of condiments. No pictures as too many options. We were advised by the manager to book for next year if we wanted a later date. She did mention a specific group has been going there for at least 25 years. If someone books their Christmas dinner there for that long it must be good. The portions are large and a lot of take home boxes. We supplied our own desserts and they had no problem with that. The food here is good this is not an expensive restaurant. I have never had bad service here and when I have been here it has always been in big groups of 8 or more and the service has been great. No ambiance. You do get one free bread to take home per group (not table). I would recommend this place for $ and service but it is not the best place for a romantic dinner but if you wanted to take the family out and you have young kids who maybe loud this place would be a good place to go. read more

Worst birthday dinner ever! First of all who serves a salad on a saucer, 3 inches around ? My husband stuck his arm on the table in a dry puddle of somebody else's soda ! The pizza my hubby love fully loaded with toppings and the crust is so yummy. Hard to go anywhere else for pizza . Pizza had next to no sauce despite requesting extra. The crust barely adhered to the ingredients. Unknown what the crust is made with which is important..... lerson on the phone didn't seem to know. Was trying to host a 35th bday for brother, and if we don't know the contents or ingredients some people have to wait longer: vegans, vegetarians, allergies, watching weight. Egg allergy, lactose, meat allergy, soy, sulphite etc The lack of 'vegan' items made the other half ask to order from another restaurant, but our birthday man was dead set on... a very disappointing pizza. The pasta dishes we ordered made me sick. I was under the impression ravioli spaghetti and ribs contains no milk or egg!!! I had to use an epi pen and was up all night BARFING. I did not eat any of the pizza but saw how horrible it was..... If you don't offer comprehensive ingredient lists, or designated vegan dishes on your menu you should expect to LOSE BUSINESS. I understand meat egg etc is large part of your culture but think of the little kid Jamie who had to sit and wait for a delivery app to give him chipotle while we fed him crackers because you didn't offer vegan and he is allergic to animal products from intestinal reconstruction problems. read more

I should have read the 14 one star reviews before we ate here. Quantity does not equal quality nor does it make up for awful tasting food. Now I recall ordering pizza once about a year ago and it was thick but alright so tonight we ordered ravioli which was a big mistake! In fact we tried to order from Olivio but they had a 70 minute wait time so we called here. After 30 minutes I showed up and waited in line over 10 minutes until 3 customers paid, a couple got seated, then the lady asks for my name to get the order. After disappearing in the kitchen for 5 minutes she comes back puts my order in the counter and goes to serve a dish to seated customers. Yup seriously. She was pleasant though I don't like being called sweetie. Got home, unpacked the food and noticed a huge piece of bread with butter or oil but no parsley or garlic. We opened the ravioli and there was barely enough sauce to cover the top of the pasta .... I don't like dry pasta. Dishing it out the pasta fell apart and you could see there was barely any meat inside, it was basically an empty pocket of dough. The sauce itself was mediocre at best, but then the pasta tasted bland. We decided to just try the meat inside, no sauce and it was extremely inedible. If I had to describe it the taste resembled unflavoured dog food. We then went to the bread and took a bite. Yuck WTF! Who can screw up bread??? It smelled stale or mouldy? Didn't see any but it was off, I called the manager who listened to the complaint but protested that they've ordered pasta from their supplier for quite awhile. I advised her if they keep it up I can tell they won't be in business for long. She sent someone to pick up the food and return our money. Lesson learned - next time listen to the universe when the place you want to order from takes long then just be patient and wait it out. Listen to all these 1 star reviews, most mention pasta. Much better tasting and quality food from other places near this area. I won't be surprised to see this restaurant shut down in the near future. read more

My friend and I dined at Andreas last night and I'm so pleased that we did. Michelle was our waitstaff person and she was extremely efficient and more than congenial. My friend had the souvlaki and I ordered a 1/2 1/2 pizza (with enough to take home) and we shared a hummus and pita. There are no words because it was simply mouth watering. I even ordered a side of the H and P to go... so much garlic... oh my... just heavenly. Thank you for being open and having us join you for dinner. Absolutely without a doubt my favourite pizza place. Grew up with it in North van and still ordering out in langley. Always piping hot, the freshest ingredients, and tons of cheese. Had a very bad calamari. Dry over cooked and could not chew. Once I tried to call and return I was passed to three different employees. I then ended up with the chef and was treated very badly. Told me I would get 20% off my next order. It's not right. When you buy food later in the night it should be no different then any time, as goes for service. My review: Thunbs down. Ordered delivery and it took over 2 hours. Had to call the restaurant twice to see what was going on, the hostess sounded drunk. When the food finally did show up, it was 3am. 3am! The delivery guy said he had *just* received the order himself. The woman who took the order clearly didn't give the order to the kitchen until way after when she finally remembered to, probably sometime after the two phone calls I made. We were looking for something open late in Cloverdale that wasn't McDonald's. We found this place on yelp and they took our takeout order 10 minutes before close @ 1:30 and not only that - pizza was fucking over the moon. Best pizza we've had since moving to the area and Patty was a treat. Although the decor was dated it was clean and is totally the place you can see for grandpas next birthday. We just moved to Langley from Calgary, AB and were looking for a place with great sandwiches for lunch. After looking on Yelp we came across Andrea's and decided to check it out. It was really slow for lunch but since it was a Monday we weren't surprised. The lunch menu has lots of options for AMAZING prices and the portions were quite large. All of the sandwiches are around $7 and come with fries AND salad. We were a little disappointed to find out the turkey was deli meat but for an extra $2 they gave me chicken breast in place ( was still only $9 so not a big deal) and was super yummy. Gravy tasted homemade and was delicious although over-priced at almost $2. The pasta is only $5-$6 for lunch and looked really good. We went back on Saturday to try out their supper menu and the place was packed. Their dinner selections include seafood, steak, BBQ, Greek, pizza and Italian pasta's. My boyfriend got a small pizza for around $10 and it was quite big, with lots of flavor and very yummy. I got the baked lasagna and added two giant meatballs for $1.95 ( DEF worth it) and it was to die for, very filling. For dessert we tried the strawberry cheesecake and it was wonderful as well, not too sweet, very creamy and soft and reminded me of my grandma's. $6 dbl long island ice tea's on Sat's, cant beat that. Good service, very friendly. Oh and we got a fresh loaf of homemade bread to take home, apparently this is a tradition and they give it out left and right ( not sure if this is just in the evenings or weekends though) but it was really really good and my family has been enjoying it all week. Dark and Dirty is what I would use as a headline. We were put in a corner and could barely see the menu. The floors had food on them and I noticed mold growing on the window ledge. Staff and servers are friendly and do an overall good job. We came here for the 8 ounce steak special. There were 3 of us, we all ordered steak done the same, one was correct the other two were well done and dry. No steak sauce was offered to us. The steaks were thin for 8 ounce and unevenly sliced. They gave us 3 big slices of garlic bread that was soaked in some kind of butter/margarine, which I tried to enjoy but ultimately had no flavour, we shared one, left the other two. This place is worthy of a Kitchen Nightmares episode. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences that I have had in recent memory. Please note that this review is for the Langley location. I can't speak to the quality of other locations. My girlfriend and I placed an order for delivery. We ordered a pizza, a large Caesar salad, hummus and pita bread. The salad came pre-dressed and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. The hummus was watery and WAY too garlicky. To top that off, they got our pizza order wrong twice! We called them back and explained the situation and they offered to bring out another pizza and again it was the completely WRONG kind! When we called back again they informed us that it was 'dinner rush' and that they would not be able to bring us out the correct pizza. They refused to credit back the order and said the best they could do is 'credit our account' for a free pizza later. Worst of all is that my girlfriend and I both ended up very sick from the food and spent most of the rest of the night on the toilet. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I will NOT be eating there again! read more

One star for pizza only! OK I've been eating at Andreas for the past 25 years, and they have the best pizzas. I have a before and after pics of what the pizzas do look like. But as the years gone by the prices gone up, and the pizza is gone down. To the point where this is my last time ordering it. Even five weeks ago two small pizzas, two topping extra cheese was $23.35, Oh when I collected receipts week after week of ordering the same pizza, not once was the price the same. Every week we would guess, up or down on the price of the pizza. It was usually $21.75 up to $25 which is way too much. Today it was $32.20 for two small's, number "nine" in the menu, with extra cheese. it says it was supposed to be cheaper when you order a second pizza? She said because they had to charge for the extra cheese. Which apparently works out to $10 for two small pizzas. That's pretty much the reason why this is my last time ordering from there. Qualities dropped and I'm tired of getting ripped off. It's always a fight. You have the phone back every time you order a pizza and say you didn't get this or it's over cooked and burnt, or inedible. read more
