I've been coming to this location for the last 7/8 years and the customer service just went through the garbage... bought an hour of play time and I ask the girl at the counter to split that in two cards she said no problem and then when my kids started playing my older kid realized that it wasn't play time but points so I went to ask the girl and she had no clue that apparently you can't split the time, the manager Anna was there and said there was nothing she could do plain and simple(they had split the time before for uso I had to buy another $33 of time.Teach a little of communication skills to your employees. I've been sitting in here for almost 2 hours now and every single employee is doing absolutely NOTHING, even the "manager"...except for a young lady named Jayda! when we arrived, we weren't able to find a clean table anywhere...even though almost every table was empty!! These employees just walk around in circles swinging their little tag on a curly plastic bracelet! Pizza is disgusting!! They charge for swipe cards to load! I've never had a problem at this location. It does get very busy at select times and the crew is always working their butts off to help everyone enjoy their time. On this particular day the staff made it feel like they cared. My son didn't have enough tickets for an item (slinky) and the young man behind the counter took what he had and gave him the slinky anyway. It's never a dull moment in chuckies house. Games,prizes and the pizza has improved. It used to be 4 tokens for a dollar now it's five. Giving kids aliitle more for there parents buck. The employees are usually in good spirits which is always contagious. I've planned two parties with the staff and attended several. If you don't want to clean up or plan activities this is the place I tell you. A little expensive per guest but what is your sanity worth? All in all a much deserved award for any kid who hadn't been on their teachers bad side this week. read more

The food was good, we were the first at 1130 AM, and the only ones in there. There is cleaning needed in the main play areas. Pop and general filth. The woman's bathroom, the urine smell knocked you over, hasn't been cleaned with actual cleaning products in months. The highchair was appalling, spoke with friendly staff, they blamed cleaning crew. I had to wipe it with baby wipes, they didn't offer to clean it for me, after I told her how gross it was. The bib was set in the seat over the last person's food crumbs. You know they saw that.The employees, 3, stood around txing and doing nothing, when there was cleaning to be done. won't go back. We visited Chuck e Cheese's today for my Nephews 2nd Birthday party. There was a child from another family that was also there. He came up to my Nephews cake and took it upon himself to take the car (Car Themed) ontop and start racing it around on the top of the cake. ( This was not a cheap store bought cake, my sister paid good money to have this 3 layer, banana flavored cake made for his party ) Our party planner Haley seen the whole thing and was just as upset as my sister and could see the look of horrow come over my sisters face! Haley immediatly assured my sister that she is going to make it up to her (even though it wasnt the companies fault). The Manager Corey came up and talked with my sister to not only appoligies, but made sure that she had THE BEST EXPERIENCE possible from that point on! With the help of Haley and her assistant party planner Audrey, they were amazing and I think went above and beyond what anyone was thinking! Hats off to you ladies! To the Manager Corey, you made it happen and I will definetly be sending everyone in your direction for parties! Chuck e Cheese's has quite a few amazing employees at this location, everyone was extremely polite and willing to help with any situation!! My daughter, her family, and I took my 5 year old granddaughter to your establishment for a first time visit. We wanted to rock her world with the experience and were beyond disappointed and disgusted with what we seen. She and I both ordered the salad bar and they ordered two pizzas and drinks for the kids and family. The pizzas had grease puddles on them and she and I wouldn't eat them. The cottage cheese was spoiled, the beets were crunchy, the lettuce was wilted and old, onions were spoiled and limp, everything was warm, and worst of all, the ham was turning green/grey. The only edible things were sunflower seeds and sesame sticks and for $9, that's not what I paid for nor wanted. When |I brought this to the attention to the manager, he informed me it wasn't his fault. That the AM manager should have changed the salad bar and that he knew it was old.... That if I wanted to wait for new ham to thaw, I could have some. That he had been told before that the cottage cheese was spoiled, but it's just where corporate orders their cottage cheese. Then why did he not pull it! Why didn't he FIX it when he came in and make it known to upper management that the previous manager wasn't doing his job!? He apologized to us at least 4 times during our visit yet continued to sell the salad bar. My daughter got violently sick. She is now in the hospital for dehydration. She is three months pregnant and could lose the baby! I refused to eat it because it tasted horrid. We spent $140 at your establishment and tried to make my granddaughters experience the best possible one we could with no help from your management. But we also expected to have a wonderful experience and received far from it. Who runs a business like this? Are you so confident in families pleasing their children that they can ignore paying high prices for the intentionally served morbid food and experience getting food poisoning just to give it to them. This is the worst place! Not only is it an adult nightmare. The service is slow and they weren't busy. Bathrooms were obviously sticky and unclean.
