I ended up at the Hall one day recently because a friend had a coupon for a free sandwich from one of the vendors. I wasn't in the mood for much, so I wandered and took in the large variety of food and drink on offer. (If you can't find something here to satisfy yourself, you're not trying hard enough.) The space itself was large, open, and very noisy. Restrooms were clean. I'll be back some day when I can bring a beer drinker so we can experience City Fountain. It came with plenty of fries that are sadly way too salty. I'd order it again but next time ask for less salt if possible. They were out of the veggie burger option which shows as Impossible online, bummer. Another friend tried their blackened mahi mahi with dirty rice and liked it but thought the portion was small for the $14 price. I wouldn't say it was a Mardi Gras party because they didn't offer us beads and the decor was minimal for the event but that's okay. Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. We did end up having problems with our Lane but Tyler and the mechanic did what they could to get the problem fixed. When it still wasn't working, Ashley helped to get our situation fixed, apologized and gave us passes to try again another day. Even through the mechanical issues and food wait weren't fun and kind of frustrating, Tyler and Ashley left us with a great experience! We will definitely be back!

They were being kicked out due to being heavily discriminated. Their security and servers were rudely laughing, mocking, and having bad attitudes towards teenagers. These kids have never been in trouble. They were making purchases. These are not the type of kids that go around start fights and causing trouble. Some kids had game cards they couldn't even finish. The manager was no help. I was told one of the servers threatened the kids. I tried calling and no one answered. Another parent was hung up on. I hope corporate sees this and give a better training to their staff. I also hope they can find a better manager that can respect their customers better.
