I have brought my 2.5 year old grandson here a couple of times when I'm in town. We try to arrive when they open. I'm impressed at how clean the place has been. Hopefully it's not just because it's early. I've even observed employees cleaning the play area when I'm there. All of the games that he wants to play are always working. He loves the Disney Cars driving game even though he can't reach the pedals and I have to sit him on my lap to drive. The employees are always friendly. The only thing we haven't done here is eat so I can't say anything about the food. The salad bar looks very fresh in the morning. read more

Chuck E. Cheese is pretty much what you'd expect--fun for the kids, a little exhausting for the parents. The arcade games and play areas definitely keep little ones entertained, and the prize counter is always a hit (even if you need a mountain of tickets for anything decent). That said, the food is just okay. The pizza and appetizers are fine, but definitely not something you'd come here for if kids weren't involved. Prices feel a little high for what you get. Cleanliness is hit or miss--sometimes the tables and games are wiped down quickly, other times you can tell the staff is overwhelmed. Speaking of staff, they were friendly overall, but service could have been more attentive, especially during busier hours. All in all, it's a solid place to let kids burn off energy and celebrate birthdays, but as a dining or family outing experience, it's average at best. read more

Best place ever! I had my birthday party here! A playground for younger kids I couldn't go on but there was trampolines! Excellent pizza. The TV played kid friendly shows! Party planners were nice but I just don't like how there's height limits for trampolines and Playgrounds. Ticket machine was super fun! The chuck e mascot was amazing and nice! Best games and rides! Staff here were really great. Super attentive and friendly. I am used to employees who don't give off the impression that they want to be there nor is there much smiling, but not at this location. This location is also quite spacious. Love the renovations and all the new games and updates. Was looking for an afternoon of entertainment for my grandaughter, who'll be two an a month or so. Would there be fun and games suitable for a two year old? Off we went to check it out, my lil gal duly excited. I will say this. There's definitely games geared for the younger/toddler set. Box checked. (and she had a blast). I found that the "points" based pass I purchased {rather than a "time" based) actually lasted the entire visit. (I was fully expecting having to re-charge the pass card, but no need). Another box checked. The pizza? lemme tell ya, it's not "wood fired trattoria pizza", but Chuck. E. Cheese actually surprises in the pizza department. Killer crust. Yet another box checked. Place was clean, there was a dliligent protocol in place to "scan" children coming in to an accompanying adult, which is good to see. All in all, a great visit. Exceeded my expectations and I plan on having her 2nd birthday party here. (The only recommendation I would make is to provide changing tables in the bathrooms, was surprised to see that not available, I had to change my little one out in the car. We hosted my daughter's fifth birthday party here, and we were so pleased! The experience for the cost was so worth it. From the moment I walked in to book, the staff was so helpful. Kate was our point person for booking, follow up, and for the actual day of the party. She was amazing! So kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I appreciated the pacing of the party, and our guests had a blast. I promised the nephew a trip here for his birthday and, of course, made good on that promise. It was insanely crowded, but I attribute that to a bitter cold Saturday in January. What the heck else can you do in Canton, Ohio under those circumstances? We did one of the combos with pizza, drinks, and 90 tokens (and then added on another 90 tokens because, hey, he only turns seven once). Food was out quickly and was surprisingly good. Staff did a great job managing the crowd. In particular, I saw a young man helping a crying child who lost his mom; he was compassionate and careful with the child. My nephew had a blast and used his tickets for some cheap crap he'll lose or break before his next birthday. But he left happy, and that's all that mattered to me. read more

Got there when it opened. Had music playing in the background. Pretty much the entire store was all devoted to games. The seating was adequate for many families though. It was new years on a Friday, so it didn't seem very crowded. Was only like 6 families there with an average of two kids each. All the tables were clean. There was enough staff. There was a guy constantly around the games opening them up and maintaining them... And playing them, which was nice to see that they were all working. Didn't find one broke down machine. Everyone one of the staff there was very friendly. We were there during a period where the mascot came out (who was always with a member of staff to verbalize when directions when he couldn't)and, during a song playing over the PA, walked around all the games and formed a line of kids as he went... His sign said free tickets, follow him... After he had all the kids following him, he gathered them towards the front of the store and had the kids sit on the floor... Then he took a fist full of one piece tickets and threw them in the middle of the audience of small kids to which they all picked up as many as each one could. They had an adult man the entrance most of the time... Apparently to keep the kids from wandering out We didn't eat there. Mainly only went there to play the games... We left there and went to a buffet just down the road... Figured it'd be cheaper than trying to feed a family of 7 at Chuck e cheese. One more thing... We told them about what coupon we wanted to use and they just applied it to our order of tokens... No hassles! We used the 100 tokens at the 80 tokens cost coupon listed on their corporate webpage! Was my experience better than some because it was a holiday? Was it fully staffed because it was a holiday? Was everyone really friendly because they might be getting overtime pay for working a holiday? Don't know... Just know that this experience we had was a pretty great one. read more

How does an adult go about reviewing this place? We took my niece here on Sunday with my BIL and SIL and glee ensued for her which I suppose is all that matters. We were also there with my nephew who is only 11 months old and was still in a carrier and due to the fact that we ate before hand there was NO WHERE to sit down which was a logistical nightmare. There were also children in the play area that were poorly supervised who were hitting one another and playing roughly which was concerning when my niece who is 3 was in an area where we couldn't easily get to here. There definitely is NOT enough staff working the floor, or cleaning up. The games are only one token (.25) which is nice unlike Dave and Busters and other places which charge more than one token for games. All in all she left with four prizes and had a good time which is why I'm giving it three stars. read more

This was easily the cleanest Chuck E. Cheeses I've ever been to. All the games worked, the tables and play area was clean and the animatronics were in near perfect condition. The pizza sucked, but then you don't go to Chuck E. Cheeses for the pizza. I liked the debit card system they used for tokens. No more worrying about carrying a bunch of coins in your pocket or accidentally leaving your token cup someplace where it can get swiped. If they can keep this Chuck E. Cheeses this clean then this will definitely be a place I return to with the kids. read more

Cheese for a reward for my daughter and she accidentally set it somewhere and then someone stole it and we knew who it was so we went to the counter and we bought her card on the machine so it did not give me the receipt and they would not look at my phone for proof very disappointing. read more

We went at lunch time. They have a great lunch buffet during the week and there was always hot fresh pizza waiting. Game room was clean and so was the dinning area. The only issue we had was waiting for the prize area. There was no actual line and only one person working. As we waited and waited more people came up and pushed there way threw and got helped. I went there on Tuesday, July 19th and had amazing time. I was there with my family and one of my friends. I came at 11:00 am and ordered 4 pizza buffets, 4 drinks and 200 tokens. the total came out to about 75 dollars. there was someone who worked there that made my experience so much better. he wasn't wearing a name tag and he was wearing a white button up. he was extremely nice. he came to us as we were eating and asked if we wanted any specially made pizza. I asked and he delivered it to our table. he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. if there was one reason why I would go back, it would be because of him. read more

They are priced right. They change their games up regularly. Good staff, machines are always working. We don't go there for their food so we usually eat before or after. Sunday morning at Chuck E. Cheese's was well spent. A good experience and food was good/ok...definitely filling. Staff was very helpful (especially with our youngest) with understanding a coupon we had, as well as options...they also had patience for us.
