I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and I don't regret it. I didn't purchase a party host but Zach went out of his way to help make my son feel very special! He helped us set up the cake and cupcakes he constantly kept checking up on us and making jokes with my family he was the best. His customer service was amazing. He gave us discounts along with extra tickets to my son's wristband. He was extremely attentive even while being busy with other customers. We will be back because of him thank you Zach !!!!!

Nicest Chuck e Cheese I've been to. Flew into Vegas on Saturday. Have the Silver pass and found a local Chuck E. Cheese so my son could play and I could rest for an hour. All the games are brand new and the facility is super clean. Will definitely be back next time we're in town. Would recommend.

Excellent service, Bella is the goat, not only helped find our account, but showed us a way better deal on our food order. Even during a rush she took the time to ensure an amazing experience. Coming back till our kids in college. That you for the memories Bella!!

The little shark grip socks they gave the kids were such a cute touch. Our favorite parts were definitely the large trampolines in the back and the slides. Overall, the experience was good. The staff we interacted with were friendly, and the employees helping with the birthday party were especially nice and attentive. The pizza was also surprisingly good! The party room was a little small, but there was more than enough room for around 10 kids. If you have a larger group of adults, though, it could feel a little cramped. One thing parents should be aware of is that there didn't seem to be a lot of staff monitoring the play areas or enforcing the rules. There were also quite a few parents who appeared to drop their kids off to play while they stayed in the parent lounge, so if you have younger children, you'll definitely want to keep a close eye on them. The facility also felt pretty warm, especially considering how hot it is in Vegas right now. After chasing toddlers around for a while, we were absolutely drenched in sweat . I also think the facility could benefit from a really deep cleaning. The toddler area in particular felt a little sticky and dirty, which I understand can happen in a kids' play facility, but it was noticeable. Another downside was the arcade. The games were around $5 each, which I personally thought was pretty expensive. Overall, I'd give it 3/5 stars. It's definitely a fun place for kids to burn off some energy, and my toddler really enjoyed himself. I think I'd personally come back during an early weekday morning rather than on a weekend, since it gets very busy. If you're bringing little ones, just be prepared to stay nearby and keep an eye on them.

This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). If you have active little ones who love to climb and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend -- we'll definitely be back!

They offer everything from small toy type items to larger stuffed animals. The variety of selections allows you to potentially spend some time trying their luck at winning something in these types of games! The arcade features a bright, colorful and friendly environment that was so much fun! You could also host birthday parties at this Pick Me Claw Arcade location. There was plenty of photo booths too, which was cool! I really liked how the process was laid out in the arcade. All you have to do is purchase some tokens and begin playing. The rides make it worth it so I would recommend the 2 or 4 pack entry plus unlimited rides for $44 or $88. It's open until January 7th so check it out! LIGHTS General entry gets you access to the lights and the lights have to be walked through or you can take the train. You also have to walk through all the lights before getting to the games. The signs weren't that great for this especially at night so good luck! The lights are really nice and synchronized to music. They also have a train to take you through the lights. Train is $3 per person or 2 for $5. CASH ONLY. The train comes around about every 15 minutes. I highly recommend the train at the end of the night to go through the lights and to get back to the exit. RIDES They had a swing ride, Ferris Wheel, Roller coaster, Cups spin ride and Slide and bouncy houses. The swing ride has a strict 52" or you can't ride at all. All of the others have height restrictions that are good for most kids above about 3 years of age. It was nice because the rides had little to no wait. They sanitize between each ride. I think if it's not too busy and kids want to go twice in a row they should just let them and it would save wait time for sanitizing and going again. Also, they had to share rides operators for some of the more popular rides so you had to wait an extra long time if you didn't time it right. I get that the crowd probably isn't big enough to have ride operators everywhere, but they also didn't need 4 people just for checkin. GAMES They had a few games throughout and it seemed like everyone was a winner because there weren't that many people. The one game we played the kids won and it made them happy. FOOD They have food right when you walk in and close to the rides. I recommend waiting until you are close to the rides if you want food because you have a pretty long walk through the lights before you go to the rides. You don't want to have to carry anything extra. Hot chocolate is $5, Hot dogs are $5. All prices are typical fair prices. Overall everyone had a great time! During COVID times I appreciate that places like this are available for the kids to have some fun. I thought it was done nicely and the crowds were minimal. I recommend since tickets are through event brite that they offer to buy train tickets and food packages online so you don't need cash. I also think a game or 2 should be included with the unlimited pass. We would do it again and some the proceeds go to opportunity village so it's a good cause.
