The employee supervising the area allowed a couple kids to go in a few times without any socks. It seemed like favoritism or the person didn't care unless parents were around. Overall the place was clean and safe for kiddos. I really loved that there was a hook next to the changing table for the diaper bag. More places should have a hook next to the changing table! I think this might be my new favorite location on my side of town! I'm so happy I finally gave this location a chance cause it's truly the best! Their games seem to be much cooler! And their food service was incredible - can never go wrong w some CEC pizza!! It's clean and doesn't smell bad either! I truthfully came to this location for my son's birthday cause the Lake Mead one smells so bad.. that location might have a leak or something - this Craig location being close by my house is a HUGE PLUS and I'm SO HAPPY I went! I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and I don't regret it. I didn't purchase a party host but Zach went out of his way to help make my son feel very special! He helped us set up the cake and cupcakes he constantly kept checking up on us and making jokes with my family he was the best. His customer service was amazing. He gave us discounts along with extra tickets to my son's wristband. He was extremely attentive even while being busy with other customers. I would give it zero stars if I could! I was there for a small party with family and friends. While cleaning up after the party I helped a parent bring some things to the car, that was luckily right in front of the door, just to turn around and find my 5 year old child outside unsupervised without anyone from our party. When going back inside the employee at the front didn't seem to care that they let my child out of the building by themselves only saying "okay sorry". My daughter said that the employee scanned her stamp and still let her out by herself. Only person that seemed to care and tried to help was another employee named Zack and he apologized for the other employees mistake. I've been to this location a bunch of times and have never had this issue. This is unacceptable and that employee at the front should be held accountable. read more

This was an awful birthday party experience. The hostess who was was in charge of the party was not attentive, we had to wait for an extended amount of time for anything. For whatever reason the manager ended up finishing up taking over the hostess duties. The salad bar was bare, another party attendee I was with politely asked for them to get fresh salad because it was soggy looking. It took 5 different employees to come by and ask why we were standing there waiting to serve our salad. The 5 person who came by was the manager. When she asked for fresh salad he looked in the salad bowl and actually made a face. He reluctantly picked the salad bowl and brought back salad that looked like he mixed old and new and rinsed it in water to make it look fresh. The ranch dressing and croutons were empty, and we never saw anyone tending to the salad bar. I ordered chicken wings (bone in) I specifically asked about the bone in and made a comment about the price. When I got my order I got nuggets and when I looked at my receipt she charged me for nuggets! My final thorn in my side with this whole experience was when I asked my 13 year old grandson (who I might mention is 5' 10") to go buy 2 soft drinks (we didn't want to take any of the cups for the kids who were attending the party). He came back and told me he wasn't "allowed" to buy 2 drinks. I was baffled and I walked up to the counter to buy my drinks. I asked the cashier if she really refused to sell my grandson drinks. She apologized and said she was about to but her manager told her not to because they were taking pitchers of soda to our table. I told her that was all fine & good but how could we possibly drink those drinks without cups! I was hoping she'd hand over 2 cups but she didn't so I bought the drinks. Which I didn't mind, but I still resent the fact the manager instructed her to not sell my grandson drinks, when I asked him to get them in the 1st place. My family and I were so excited to hear that Chuck E. Cheese was opening up a "Jump Zone" at a new location off of Craig and Revere. It was my grandsons bday this month so we planned ahead of time and were looking forward to the experience. When we arrived, we were very disappointed to see what they called their "Jump Zone". This place literally cleared out about a 10' x 25' area that was their dining room previously and placed some literal trampolines! And to top it off, they're charging an additional 12 dollars per child to use their "Jump Zone" area (literally a damn trampoline). Utterly. Disappointed! It's chukie cheese... I read thru some of the reviews and still visited with my family. They need more staff. The place was clean and had an employee walking around doing nothing but cleaning, which is great. But there isn't enough staff to handle the front desk, game service and ticket counter. I'm sure the current employees are running around and doing everything. In order for us to exit, I had to interrupt a new customer trying to pay after we waited more than 5 mins just to exit. Prices are high but in today's world everything is. The value is in the 1 hour unlimited play and a package deal for food etc..... anyway, the place isn't as trashed as others made it out to be, some games not working and def... not enough employees...... so it's hard to give it a solid 5 stars. 3 or 4 stars? My kids had a blast. We paid for a party. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, but you had a young African American female with pink hair running point. She was fantastic, enthusiastic and so kind. LOVE her so much, get the girl a raise. Not to shit on other employees but she was IT. Our party was at ten am when they first opened and she was all on her own from what I could see, and she made it happen seamlessly. The Manager, Rachel I think was her name was kind of on the rude side. It felt like she was a little condescending when she was checking us in and though she was "doing it" with a smile on her face you could just tell it wasn't sincere. I get it. A place where it caters to kids and crazy parents can be over whelming and draining but the place just opened and was practically empty hardly anyone there yet except maybe one birthday group(may 5 people) , and two families (3 to 4 people in each family) and then us. When I asked for water cups for for myself and the two elder people I was with she gave me cups that literally were so small that it would be a sip of water ( like sample cups, like the ones at Costco) we would have to constantly get up to get water or hang out by the fountain drink area because the two elder women I was with had walkers. (So no thank you) So I Asked do you have anything a little bigger(promise only to get water) she said no. And when I decided to just leave the cups because it wasn't worth it she started to take out actual white-ish clear cups (ones people actually give you at fast food restaurants for indoor dinning water only cups) for another person and then looks at me and said "are you going to take your cups" I just looked at her and said "No, we are good" I was so shocked. I've asked for water cups from there before and they would give us cups (we do actually use it for water) and the way she handled it was just so rude and inconsiderate, definitely could have handles it better. Then as I'm walking around with my daughter and son, my daughter puts her hand in urine Trying to get on a game. Luckily the guy with glasses was very helpful and pleasant he took care of it right away, even though I think he was going on his lunch break. (I'd give 5 stars. He was champ) and then unfortunately a game broke down and the same guy was on it in a heart beat(again awesome) he was so nice. Seriously I think he should totally be employee of the week, same as the other guy who actually had pick up the urine and sanitize the game. Then as we are leaving and getting prizes/toys for the tickets my kids won (which took 7min for someone to even realize we were there, no one was floor) the Manger who helped us at the beginning, Rachel came out to help us. She then Started acting really nice towards us and trying to joke but again it felt very forced and not genuine. I will say she did do something nice for my kid at the end but it still doesn't excuse how she made us feel at the beginning of our visit there. It was even worse on the way out. The rep asked "if" we got stamped, barely took a glance and let us all out. So much for "kid check". This location is very clean, but upon arriving, I noticed that it was extremely hot inside of the building. I went to grab a manager to ask them if they have the air conditioner on, and his reply was one of the associates had turned on the heater now everyone knows that when you have children bundled up in a place like that that it needs to remain cold so that the germs do not spread Employees need to understand that they are not at home but in a place of business and it need to be ran as such. Came to this Chuck E Cheese for the first time today to celebrate my nephew, and it was almost a great experience thanks to Patrice and Ariana. However, CAMILA is literally the worst person working there. My father was serving himself a salad, and she felt the need to snatch the plate from his hands because he was serving himself on a pizza plate, not a salad plate. She also felt the need to give my other nieces and nephews a lecture about not making a mess as if they're not old enough to understand.
