It's been several years since my daughter has gone to a Kids Quest. On a Sunday afternoon, she had asked if she could go to Kid's Quest. The closest one near our residence is the Kids Quest at the Santa Fe Station. The Kids Quest inside the Santa Fe Station is located next to the Movie Theatre and Bowling Alley. We didn't make a reservation Sunday afternoon, and just walked inside the Kids Quest. There was plenty of availability and only a few other kids inside the Kids Quest. The check-in process was easy. You had to fill out a few forms. Grip socks are required for inside the indoor playground. There are containers to keep shoes in before going inside the Kids Quest. Current hours for the Kids Quest at the Santa Fe Station: Monday - Thursday: 12:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M Friday: 12:00 P.M - 1:00 A.M Saturday: 11:00 A.M - 1:00 A.M Sunday: 11:00 A.M - 11:00 P.M Inside the Kids Quest, there are so many activities! Arcade Games iPad Station Creation Station Kids Crafting Area Basketball Court TVs Indoor Playground area with slides Quest Cafe (food etc..) and so much more! Current pricing is $13.00 an hour. Immunization records are required. If there is an urgent issue, Kids Quest will reach out to the phone number you have listed. My daughter had a lot of fun! Fun big arcade at Santa Fe has received an upgrade. Much better prizes and more games to play. This arcade connects to the bowling alley and then right by the movie theatre. Entry is easily accessible. Can spend hours of play time with the kids. Don't forget to save the cards cause you can keep your points that you earn to use to redeem for a prize later. read more

We went to the Sante Fe Station and they had a super safe Kids Quest playroom that was even ventilated from the cigarette smoke. Simple check in process with QR code provided on the wall. She played for a couple hours with kids; him and I roamed around and was able to gamble, they even fed her a dinner that we were able to preorder! Super awesome place. If we go back with the kiddo, we'll definitely return to the Kids Quest at Sante Fe Station. They had a giant play structure, free arcade, a karaoke and play stage with costumes and tons of art supplies.. 13$ an hour. Socks is a *must* but they have some for inexpensive if you come unprepared. And it was nice, only ONE way in and out and had two locked gates with workers in between. All women staff that I noticed and they were all so friendly and kind. They matched a code number to her and our ID so ONLY we could pick her up. Felt extremely safe in an unsafe city. My kids love this place. They cry every time that we puck them up. Who knew my kids would like playing games, eating ice cream and playing on slide more than hanging out with the parents lol the staff is friendly and they are doing good at cleaning in light of our current COVID standards. Came here once to drop off my daughter so we could watch a movie - great convenience, and I loved that you could preorder food for them to eat! There were a lot of activities for the kids to do, and I was only sad because it did not seem like there were that many other kids there for my child to play with. Additionally, my daughter didn't end up eating the food, and I was unsure if they never told her that she HAD food available. Staff was helpful in explaining the flow and process, and I had no issues regarding politeness, friendliness, or appeal to the kids. We'd be happy to use this service again, and I'd just request that they offer a bit more strongly to my daughter that she has food available, ready, whatever, rather than let her think she didn't have food as an option (she was 5, so easily forgetful and absent-minded). read more

Such an great place dor parents and kids. I visit here very often. My kids just love the staff. They have computers for Minecraft, a basketball court, tvs and just everything you could think of. Good place for children under 13! They charge $9.75 per hour per kid. Children must wear socks. If you forget to bring socks they charge $3.50 for a pair. The maximum amount of hours the children can stay is 5. Anything that exceeds that a $25 late fee will be applied. They have food available for the children while they are playing. Apple Pay is available. The cashier might not be aware of it, but I used it successfully. They have loads of activities for children and time flys for them. So, if you wanna do a date night with your spouse or significant other, and need a place to take the kids try Kids' Quest. It's a win-win. read more

There was a little issue with our account then the Computers Froze but Tiffany advised us on how to resolve the matter after the Computers came back up. After our last visit in December, we discovered the staff here was unable to honor a simple request to not give my kids sugary snacks. I had a lengthy discussion with the manager, Vivian, over the phone. She assured me she would discuss this with her staff. She offered me a credit on my account which was to be applied to our next visit. My concern with her at this time had to do with the many kids who have food allergies and if the staff made this mistake with them, they could have a medical emergency on their hands. The second concern is when we were checking out and I brought up my complaint, not one "teammate" on the premises was capable of handling my concern appropriately. The girl just stood there like a deer in the headlights and could not even respond. These are the people you hire to watch my kids??? They cannot even think on their feet when there is an issue! After a two month hiatus from the place and reassurance from the manager that she would handle it, we tried the place again tonight. At least tonight they did not load my kids up with sugar. But at checkout when I inquired about the credit they offered us from the mistakes last visit, again deer in the headlights look! No manager on premises for a resolution or to handle it. Very poor customer service. I encourage parents to think twice about entrusting their precious kids to people who cannot run an organized and professional place for kids. Apparently, the real managers are only there some of the time and the rest, the staff is a bunch of young kids without their thinking caps on. read more

Can't change my YELP name and it's been forever, Michelle H. here and my babies Ava and Alyza LOVE going here. We even did Alyza's third Birthday here where we got an up close and personal view of why kids LOVE this place! The party theme was "The Incredibles" and one of the young ladies dressed up as Mrs. Incredible! Used them first because I'm a stay at home Mom and had a Dr.'s appointment and nowhere to take them. Won't lie, I was hesitant; couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome! I had another Dr.'s appointment yesterday and it was an easy decision to take them; Alyza didn't want to leave. Thank you ladies for always remembering my girls names and making them feel like VIPs... This was a great find. This summer I had taken my nephew to the movies several times and never noticed the Kids Quest. Just so happened we decided to check it out and he has been hooked ever since. This place is great. It has lots of activities, games, and crafts to keep him busy. He request to go 3-4 times a week. We don't mind dropping him off for a few hours because the prices are great. I am able to catch up on errands or just relax and see a movie. This is truly a "diamond in the rough" within Santa Fe Station. read more

My one star review is due to my experience today from the employee named "Zenaya". My son has been coming to this location for over a year. His name is Benny & most of the girls there are very familiar with him. He absolutely loves this place and has so much fun here. However, our most recent visit went left. My boyfriend & I dropped my son off to go see a movie. While we were in the theatre they called & told me he got his with a bean bag in the face and now they're icing it. I asked if he was bleeding and they told me no, I was definitely relieved. So we returned to pick him up, I signed a document to say I was notified about his injury. As "Zenaya" walked my son to the front by his hand, she decided to announce to her co worker "here, he's wet and smells like pee". Excuse me?? That's the first thing you say right in front of a child's parent?? That was totally unacceptable, so I replied "Oh well that's nice to hear!" And she walked away. Because of that comment I'm very upset. I asked the nice co worker what the employees name was and told her I will complain about this. You can not get away with saying thIngs like that. My child doesn't deserve to be embarrassed in front of anyone. My son is 4 years old and fully potty trained, sometimes he's having so much fun to where he doesn't wanna go potty. I hope this review gets to the right hands and management talk to Zenaya about being more professional and sensitive to these situations. Especially after I got a call about him being hurt, that's the last thing I'd wanna hear. It's a shame this happened because I've never had issues with this place, I don't even know if I feel comfortable having my son around that girl again. read more

Do not leave your kids here. It's dirty and the workers are beyond lazy and careless. I picked up my kids and they were sitting on their butts chatting about men and playing on their phones. Guess where the kids were? Clear across the room and completely unsupervised. Nice. Red rock resort is a much better kids quest, they clean and actually watch the children. My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves it here. We tried it on a whim one day and it has turned out really wonderfully for us. Now she BEGS me to take her to KidsQuest. So finally I get to have frequent date nights with my husband and can take my older kids to movies during the summer. They have so many things for her to do- an awesome jungle gym, iPads, arts n crafts, etc. No kid could be bored here. I also appreciate that they have food available. And their prices are super reasonable, IMO. The staff is also really nice and seem to spend a lot of time doing artwork and playing with her. So overall, if you're reading this because you're on the fence, I highly suggest at least trying it. read more

My experiences bringing my 9 year old stepson here have been positive. Kids Quest is a great concept, though not all of the locations are equal in facility, staff, or management. This location is small, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. You don't worry about leaving kids with them, like you do at one of the other locations. read more

Posting this review is very disappointing. We have taken our kids here several times and never had a problem. But the last time we brought them was a disaster from the start. There were a lot of new faces, one in particular, was walking around the floor with her hands on her hips looking mad at the world. We watched her for at least five minutes while we were waiting to check in. She never once looked at a child, just walked around looking pissed off. Upon check in, Hailey, (who we and our daughters absolutely love, so this is in no way negative towards her) Called that same lady over telling her to go in the baby room. The lady's response, "for how long?!" With a major attitude, so that is the lady who is taking my 18 month old child.. We decided to shake it off since we have never once had a bad experience here before. We checked in both my 18 month old and 4 year old. My 4 year old was only stayed for about an hour or so since we were taking her to see a movie. When we came back to get my older child, I asked them how my younger daughter was doing, they came out saying she was doing great, but was only taking small bites of her food, I wasn't worried because that is normal for her. After the movie we came back to pick her up, she was in full blown tears. They told me she had a rash. Which was very upsetting to me, because a bad rash like that doesn't come in the two hours since I was last there to check on her. When I took her in the bathroom to check her, the rash was TERRIBLE. One of the worst rashes she had ever had. She doesn't get them often, but they do come out of no where. So that I am not mad about. What I am upset about was the fact that there is no way it got that bad in that amount of time. She didn't have one when we got there, and if it did start then I wish they would have told me about it when I first went to check on her. I would have had no problem going to buy cream and put it on her, since I know they do not apply cream there. They put on our sheet that we went in with five diapers, and came out with three. Yet the sheet also said she was changed five times she was there.. They also did not add on her mac n cheese she got, nor did they add on her apple sauce, so I have no idea how much she actually ate during that time, and considering the fact I pay extra for the food, its extremely upsetting not knowing. I am not the person at all to leave bad reviews. But we requested to speak with the director the next day, they told me she would be calling me. Which she never did. So I called her and went over my concerns, she told me she wanted to watch the tapes to find out what happened and that she had been gone for four days, so she would get back to me that day, or the next at the very latest. It has now been a week and I haven't heard anything. For people who are normal customers this is extremely disappointing. And I don't see myself feeling comfortable enough to bring my children here again. read more

Love this place and so does our son! We started using Kids Quest when our son turned 1, so that we could have a parents night out. It's been over a year now and Victoria and the rest of the girls have just been awesome, they always take great care of our son and we feel 100% comfortable leaving him in their care. read more
