We come often now. They don't just "have trampolines". There is a basketball area, an obstacle course, a stuntman dive area, a video game IWall area, a bicycle video game, a treadmill video game, a foam pit, a fun HUGE slide, a special are for little kids, and a dodgeball area. The dodgeball area always has a staff member there to explain rules, make sure kids play safely and fair and organize the amount of kids that can play at a time. We had been to Sky Zone before for a birthday party and had a great experience, so we decided to come back during the summer. Unfortunately, this visit was VERY different. It was unbearably hot inside. I'm not sure if the AC was broken, not working properly, or what was going on, but it was extremely uncomfortable--especially for a place where kids are running and jumping for hours. The kids still had a great time and jumped for about two hours. It was only $15 per child, which was a great price, and the bathrooms were clean. One thing I really didn't like was the sock policy. We already had perfectly good trampoline/jumping socks, but apparently they have to specifically be Sky Zone socks. Huh?! They did exchange our socks for Sky Zone ones for free, which I appreciated, but I still think it's a pretty ridiculous policy. Overall, the kids had a great time and the price was reasonable, but the heat and unnecessary sock policy definitely took away from the experience. Our previous visit was much better! read more

I had done everything online so check in was nice and smooth. I had troubles pulling up my email , and he kindly looked it up by name. I used a BOGO discount online for my two kids. Only came to $40. So essentially $20/kid. The usual price is $26.99/ two hours. When I went online it was seamless and easy to reserve time for my kids jump time. Weekdays are definitely less crowded than the weekends. The kids bring their own skyzone jump socks. My kid had a birthday party here a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely LOVE this place! Our party host, Sydney, was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. She decorated our room beautifully and even did balloon decor! The park itself was also fun! Not only were there trampolines to get your kids bouncing, but there was dodgeball, huge slides, trapeze, and more. The only downside of this place is that we can't use cash, which would have been especially great to tip our party host cash, so 100% of that tip went to her. Also, it was a bit hot! Sucks especially in this Vegas heat especially when we all just want to cool down. Overall, our experience was great! We've been to Sky Zone once before for my youngest child's birthday a few years back, and it was nice to see that the customer service is still great. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone understood the rules before jumping. The kids jumped for a full hour and were completely worn out by the end, which is always a win. We went here for a birthday party on a Saturday at 9:30 AM and it wasn't very busy. But when we left around 11:30 AM, there were so many kids in the park that I can see how it would be hard for little kids to play, especially on trampolines when big kids are jumping back-and-forth. But For Kids, who are older, ages, seven and up, I think this place is great! There is a foam pit, a place for kids to dual with these giant log things, giant slides, trampolines, trapeze, and a little trampoline basketball court area. For Kids, that are younger, such as five or below, there is less to do because the obstacles are quite large, and requires a bit more strength to get in out of the pits or go across the obstacle course without falling into a pit. But there is a nice little area for kids six and under to play where older kids are not allowed, I've been to other places where there is a toddler or younger kids area and lots of kids are playing on there, but the staff never does anything. But this time I had someone actually asked People their age when he noticed they were large children running up and down the stairs in the toddler area. As a mom, with a 2 1/2 year-old, I did appreciate that. I found the staff friendly overall some places tell parents they can't go inside to get their children unless they pay but this is not the case at this location. They allowed me to go in and get my two-year-old when he got scared and help him on some of the obstacles, even though my band was an observer band. There is a rule that you're not supposed to bring any food or drink because they do sell snacks and some food in the actual park. But we sat in the tables in the front for a bit and drink some water and eat some chips and cookies and nobody gave us a hard time. So that was very kind of them. When you go, you must have jump socks, or you have to buy them at the front. So make sure you are prepared. To be honest, I am unsure how much it cost because we went for a birthday party, but my friend who held the birthday party? Said the summer membership pass is definitely worth it . But during the school year is hard to find time to come so she canceled it and will probably buy it again next summer. Finally, let's talk about the parking! That was intense. We arrived at 9:30 and there were barely any spots. People were already parking on the street and had the post office across the way. But that's not because all the kids were at sky zone, it was because there's a basketball court next-door that had lots of people. And all those people took up the slots! So, if you do come, be ready to fight for parking a bit or drop your kids off in the front and have one of you park in the back of the building and walk to the front. Overall, it was nice. I think I would get the membership pass if my kids were older, but they are a little bit young right now for the big kid and play areas. But the place wasn't dirty. It felt clean and not run down like some other indoor parks. there were also a lot of couches spread throughout the park so parents can sit down and lockers that you can use for free to store your stuff if you don't want to carry your purse or bagger out when you're watching your kids. read more

It's near an indoor basketball event area. The parking can get relatively difficult especially with how busy Sky Zone can get on the weekend! Sky Zone recently has remodeled! After asking several members of my party, how was their experience here? The consensus was pretty much unanimous with everyone saying that they overall enjoyed themselves. There were some slight issues like a couple of the jumper sections being closed off. I guess the worst thing of all was the experience we had with the so-called hostess that comes with renting a room for a birthday party. First off she showed up to the room between 10 to 15 minutes late even though they knew the start time hours in advance. When she finally showed up, it was to deliver our drinks and two out of the five pizzas that we ordered. She left and returned to dropped off two refills of beverages and then we never saw her again. One of her coworkers entered the room and jokingly informed us that it appears as though we have been abandoned and he'll take care of us moving forward. Then he left and promptly returned with the rest of our pizzas, which was pretty much the only thing else that we needed. We took care of the birthday cake candle lighting, the singing, as well as the cutting and issuing of the cake and ice cream ourselves. But again outside of the poor work performance from the teenage girl who was playing hostess, everything else was pretty good. Every time I spotted one of the kids that were in attendance with us, they were running around, laughing and smiling, more noticeably the birthday girl. We hosted my daughter's birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park back in March, and I'll be honest it didn't start off well. We were assigned a party host who was supposed to assist us throughout the event, but unfortunately she was nowhere to be found when we needed her. I found myself doing things on my own and constantly searching for help just to get basic items like plates, forks, and drinks. At one point, I approached someone for help who I later found out was the General Manager, America. From that moment on, everything completely turned around. America stepped in immediately, provided everything we needed, and handled the situation with professionalism and care. She also addressed the issue with our host, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly, she made sure the rest of our party ran smoothly and that we could still enjoy the celebration. Because of her, what started as a frustrating experience turned into a positive one. Sky Zone is truly lucky to have a General Manager like America she knows how to lead, take accountability, and take care of her customers. What use to be Gravady, changed to Defy, and now is Sky Zone. I feel like prices are a bit higher now that it has changed to Sky Zone. It's about $25 per person + $4 extra for socks for about 90 minutes. If you ever bought socks from Gravady/Defy you can use those and won't need to purchase new socks. They do have a monthly membership option now which could be worth it if you plan to come frequently. On the plus side, they did mention there is no contract if you do choose the membership option. I do like how you can bring your own hydro flask of water. It gets real hot and musty in the trampoline area so bringing your own ice cold water is a must if you don't want to spend money for water at the fuel station. Horrible experience it started at the very beginning when they would not let me enter because they said my waiver was incomplete when I could see on my phone that my waiver was complete. Then they wouldn't accept the socks that I had brought even though they said sky zone right on them and had been purchased at sky zone.. then when we get to the snack bar, they only accept card and no cash. Then after buying a drink and some chips and looking for an area to sit down, there was no place to sit down.. then when asking to go and sit in the area where the birthday party was, we couldn't do that even though there were birthday parties going on anywhere in the whole area. Then after buying a Gatorade and chips, these two employees continued to follow me around and explain to me that I couldn't have Gatorade and chips in an area where there were Gatorade and chips bottle bottles in every direction. Great and fun place for kids, but the service was disappointing. We booked a birthday party room for 7:45 PM but didn't get access until closer to 9 PM. The staff seemed indifferent, and their initial offer to compensate us was just "extended time in the room", which should have been a given. It took repeated complaints before they finally offered extra jump time and some free hour passes, but we really had to push for it.
