I have had to report on the Manager and assistant manager once before about mistreating my grandson while he was working there for a year he finally got fed up and put in his 2-week notice. Since then he has been trying to get a better job while still in High school this Manager and Asst manager have been trying to keep him and other young kids down in life by giving him a bad reference also talking about him badly to his friends who are still working there which is very childish for people who are in Authority! Waste of money over priced pizza most of all the games are to high for the smaller children to reach, rude management, and now they have game passes that are "time set" so you better not use the card until your actually ready to play! I visited the north little rock location with my daughter and sister and it was awful!! It stank so bad when we first walked in and I thought maybe it was the carpet but it even looked dirty. The smell was everywhere. The pizza was old and tasted awful as well. I hate that I wasted my money but we won't be returning! read more

We celebrated our daughter's birthday and it was a wonderful experience! The remodel looks really clean and nice. The pizza was delicious. Our party hosts were attentive and very friendly! Great for kids in the NLR area. Excellent venue to take the little ones out for an hour or 2 to enjoy the arcade and win some tickets etc.

My 4 year old loves this place but he is devastated about the slide being gone that was in the little kid area. Maybe ya could bring one back in. read more

We came here only because my sons grandma gave him a gift card here. I stopped coming here along time ago. So I noticed they made some positive changes. it's great that we don't have to carry around tokens anymore. But they have no attendants on the floor tending to the games. This is especially important on the weekends. I have lost money here because my son swipes and plays but then no tickets come out and no one is around to help. Also the games that are supposed to spit out a token are of course out of tokens. So it's taking my money and we don't even get to play. We would def come here more if they had more attendants on the floor or updated games so they don't even spit out tickets. For now we will continue to not come here and go to DavenBusters or Hog Wild instead. They have it so they don't need attendants on the floor, our tickets just go right on the card. Had my sons 1st birthday party here and everyone was very helpful and courteous. I chose not to reserve a party. I just invited guest, paid for pizza & tokens, and brought in my own decorations and cake. It turned out great! The staff even cleaned up afterwards. read more

This is the most disgusting and trashy place. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom stall looking into another stall, and so much dirt and trash in and around the building. It was so crowded you could hardly move around. read more
