Been coming here every time I visit Little Rock. Is just going downhill. before it was clean. Atmosphere was great and presentation of food was nice. Now it is dirty, all over. Let me start off by saying I know what I'm going into whenever I go to a cicis pizza. The food, was genuinely so terrible the night I went. Somehow it didn't even taste like pizza. It was just genuinely awful. The workers looked miserable, and it was so dirty inside, that we didn't know if there was even a clean place to sit. Maybe they will fix it one day but for now, I wouldn't recommend it at all. #152 NLR-Lakeland Village. I came here around 12:15pm and almost missed it because of all the big trees in front of the restaurant. Then the glass entrance was dirty as well as unkempt (salad bar and a few table) on the inside. I asked an employee for an Hawaiian pizza and waited at a table. I thought he would bring me the pizza like they do at the Hot Springs location, but he announced it over a speaker (I guess), but I never heard him because of the kids. So other patrons had eaten the pizza I ordered. The cashier/manager and I had a few words and he threatened to ask me to leave and that he would call the cops because he thought I was disrespectful. But he was the one disrespecting me as a senior so I told him to call the cops and I waited at a table. A female employee tried to calm him down. I eventually left and will never return. This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. There's not many options when it comes to pizza and chances are it's soggy, please don't even get me started on the atmosphere. I had to clean my own table to sit down, every single table was dirty. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since 2010, if you're looking for a good lawsuit visit here cuz you'll slip and break your neck on their gross floors. Called my order in like I always do for cinnamon rolls & M pep with xtra cheese and I can honestly say. They have it hot & ready to go in 10mins. Since Jacksonville ( LRAFB ) location has been shut down I have been driving out the way to NLR. Can't complain about the food and service... staff is friendly, we always call out order to go. But I do love the cinnamon rolls, they are !!! You should try them when they are fresh, they are soft like butter .. but I do miss the Jacksonville,Arkansas location... I don't like driving to NLR. If I could give this location a 0 star, I would. I just got done eating here (well attempting to eat here) and nothing was good. It was old and disgusting. Had no flavor. The only "good" thing about here was the soda and the packaged crackers. I attempted to eat the pizza but it made me nauseous. They give you the smallest little cup of cheese, which wouldn't be so bad except for the salad is just a plain salad with no meat or egg options. There was flies and nats flying around. My children, husband and I came to enjoy some pizza and deserts. The women's restroom absolutely stunk. The floors were not in great condition. Most of the food was cold. We are extremely disappointed with the environment. My husband continuously had to ask for fresh food. Haven't been here in a few years...my fiancé chose to go here...wasn't really busy but the food was good I will say that. They consistently put out fresh pizzas and desserts..if u have a certain pizza you want they will also make that for you..they also have wings which I saw on their website those are not on the buffet but according to the website they will also make those for you if u request them.
