I can't believe Chuck E Cheese gets such a bad rap. This pizza is one of the best pies I've every eaten. Dave Portnoy gave them a score of 6. Man... did he ever lowball them. Chuck E Cheese is definitely in the high 8s. I had the pepperoni, sausage with stuffed crust, and I must say this pie was the bomb of all bombs. The sauce was great, well seasoned with oregano, basil and rosemary. The cheese was spectacular and the topping, can't beat it. For a kids arcade they have really great food. I appreciate the effort from the party host; however, there were a few communication gaps and missed steps in service. For example, the cake time was changed, but I wasn't informed. I noticed it was getting close to the end of the party and had to seek out the waitress myself to ask about it. While we did get some extra playtime for the kids as a result, I would have appreciated a heads-up so I could manage expectations for the other parents and children. Additionally, I had to ask for both the money machine and the goody bags before we left, which I expected would be proactively handled. As for the cake, I was told to insert the candles and someone would come to light them--but no one showed up. I ended up scrambling to light them and find a lighter and cut and serve the cake myself. The party hats were not assembled but just laid in the middle of the table. I poured the drinks and asked each child what flavor they would like. Although we still had fun and made the most of the day, I found myself stepping in to manage tasks I had hoped the party team would handle. My intent in booking a hosted party was to take a step back and enjoy the moment. Unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy my child's time with her here because I was left to fill in the party. I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child so I really wanted to see if things were the same, better, or worse than my memories. I was surprised to say that I actually really enjoyed my time here! We were able to walk into the building without waiting in any line and immediately went straight to the games. There were so many games to play, whether you like driving cars, shooting targets, playing air hockey, throwing basketballs, playing ski ball, and more. You're bound to find something you like. However, as an adult, I forgot that all the games are catered to children so I found myself having to crouch to play some games. The hour that I spent there passed very quickly. The downside is there were many games that did not work and they just took our points without giving us the chance to play the game. There was definitely more than 5 games where that happened and I was very disappointed at that. read more

I had my grandchildren for a few days, and, they are very young, two and five. As you can imagine, also, very active. My wife and I thought it would be good to bring them to Chuck and Cheese to run, and have fun with the many games they offer. Overall, they had a great time. We ordered the pizza, which was about as good as a frozen pie from your local grocer, nothing great. Overall, it was a good choice, and would recommend it. You seriously need a tetanus shot to go into this place!!! Not only is this place a money pit, the toys are absolute garbage for the amount of tickets you collect. And I don't know if the employees don't know how to count but apparently they throw out random numbers when you hand in your ticket count. And not exactly the friendliest if you call them out on it. Games are good but it's rare to see Chuck E actually make an appearance, after all it is named Chuck E Cheese! Disappointed for my kids.

When we went in today it was surprisingly empty. A good third of the games were out of service when we went in today. The employees were busy hanging out and texting on their cellphones to care. Took my nieces to the bathroom to wash their hands before we ate, and there was toilet tissue all over the bathroom floor. And all of the stalls were disgusting. The straw dispenser is sticky and has never been cleaned. When our order arrived, they charged us for a party size platter. But they gave us a sample size. When I asked the young man at the counter if more was coming out, he appeared to be afraid to go into the kitchen to ask. I then asked for a supervisor. When the supervisor, Joe, came to our table he was upset and snatched the receipt out of my hand. He gave us a refund for the platter and shoved the money into my hand. This place must be under new management as I found the workers happy and smiling and the parties contained in one area. Wow the bathroom was even up to snuff!! The biggest issue I have with this place is the lack of parenting skills!!! Omg unbelievable!! So over all they've stepped u their cleanliness and food not tasting like cardboard.. I hadn't been to a Chuck E Cheese in probably 20 years but as I have a 3 year old I wanted to take out for a fun day and Dave and Busters is a little too old for her, Chuck E Cheese it was. I was pleasantly surprised! For about $25 I was able to get 51 credits, a personal pizza and a drink for my daughter. The 51 credits were more than enough for the two hours we were there, we even had some left over for another trip which there will be as I've been asked "when can we go back?" about 50 times since we left. It wasn't crowded, the place seemed very clean, and most of the staff were very kind. This sounds like a 5 star review right? Well I said most of the staff were kind. When we walked in I went to the counter to buy credits and the woman there was in the middle of a call on her cell and didn't even acknowledge us standing there. After a bit it became obvious it was a personal call and she continued for I don't know, maybe five minutes while we're standing there, trying to pay her to use the business she appears to be the manager of. Wildly, wildly unprofessional. After about five minutes she says to her caller "can you hang on for a sec" and processes us with the customer service quality of an automated kiosk. A kiosk probably wouldn't have kept a customer waiting for five minutes while it talked to its sister but whatever. Anyways besides the crap manager I have to say the customer service was quite good. Our pizza took a while to get to the table and I was kind of annoyed but the young man who delivered it (African American, looked about 18, didn't get his name) made a point of seeking me out to apologize for the delay and explained that the kitchen was backed up with lots of birthday party orders. I really appreciated that! Good customer service. Maybe he should be the one on the register not Chatty Cathy. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star it has gotten so bad! We bought the package where you get a pizza, soda and 15 games. Sadly, the pizza was so burned we couldn't eat it. When we mentioned it they wouldn't give us a different one and said "well that is just how it is made." Our card only had 10 games on it and when we said something about this they said "nope, you had to have played 15." Terrible experience when we were just trying to have a good time with our daughter. I don't usually write reviews but i had to let everyone know about my experience here. I came to bring my god daughter. Upon walking in, I noticed the place didn't look very clean and the debris of former clients was left on the tables. As I continued, I noticed the bathrooms were dirty, the salad bar was messy, and the staff members weren't very friendly. I chose to ignore it because my god daughter didn't notice these things and wanted to play. We ordered food and while my sister was having her salad she found a dead fly in it. Another staff was picking the grapes from the salad bar. Trying to be patient, we brought it to the attention of the girl at the front counter who was curt and agitated that we had brought it to her attention. The cook came from the back and wasn't wearing a hair net despite having long hair. The chuckie mascot was rude to the children and didn't even give my god daughter a high five or interact with the kids. This was my first time bringing my god daughter here and certainly my last. Went here yesterday with my Fiancé and two boys and we all had fun, but definitely more geared towards kids then the parents, but what else would you expect? The customer service was great, in my opinion. The food was good, but not great. The only thing I have to ding them on is their price. My 5 year old son has been dying to go to this place , so we went. He had a fantastic time playing the games and winning tickets. Don't eat here, the food if that's what you wanna call it is beyond bad, all of it. It's simple food and there is no reason it should taste this bad. Do yourself a favor and eat before you go. LOVE IT!!!! I went this weekend and it was so much fun! I don't care about the screaming children. The pizza is THE BOMB! It does NOT smell like vomit like these idiots say it does. If you think the pizza is frozen, THINK AGAIN! I know how it's made. The crust has a perfect crunch. The animatronic stage show is really a work of art. It's very clean and the staff are great! DO IT! JUST DO IT! GO TO CHUCK E CHEESE! It may be pricey but it IS so worth it. It does take awhile for your pizza to arrive because they have to cook it. Can't rush perfection! this is more of a complaint on the staff then the actual place. this was on 3/7/17 TIME FRAME WAS 645-9PM. first of all the two female staff members were very rude. one of their names was Titania and the other girl i didn't get her name but she was young looking with braids. second, the chuck cheese "dream team" was there and as soon as they left they started talking a lot of trash about their employers and made the statement "now you can stop pretending to work." that is exactly what they did. third, the place was closing and i went to cash in for my tickets with my daughter and her friend. they stood there talking to each other, looked at us, continued talking for about 2-3 minutes. finally i said "hello were trying to leave." i was approached with a very sassy attitude by Titania. she then went into the back and after about another 2-3 minutes (this is now after 9pm) i asked the other girl to go get her. the other girl started yelling her Tatiana's name who you could hear in the back talking and laughing. again she came out with a sassy attitude. during all this another gentlemen was asking for a cup of water for his kid who had just finished playing, she absolutely refused to allow him a small cup for water. the back and fourth between them went on for awhile. she kept saying "were closed, were closed." finally another staff member came over and gave him a cup for some water. overall these two, what seem to be teenagers, were extremely rude. i spent a lot of money for my kid to be there and because of those two girls i wouldn't go back. read more
